In a study on the effectiveness of transepidermal drug delivery using TDA™ Scraping with adhesive tape was performed (1 hour after serum application) followed by spectroscopy. On Fig. 1 and 2 show the depth of penetration of serums applied with Dermadrop TDA (Fig. 1) and without apparatus (Fig. 2).

Contraction and expansion of cell membranes under the influence of partial pressure of oxygen ensures the penetration of large molecules into the skin.

Histological studies have demonstrated that transdermal application (TDA™) provides delivery of HA molecules with a molecular weight of up to 90 KDa to the skin. During the study, immunofluorescence and enzyme immunoassay methods were used.

It has been found that HA molecules from cosmetic preparations are not able to penetrate the stratum corneum of the epidermis. And hyaluronic acid, which was delivered during the Dermadrop procedure, in high concentration reaches not only the epidermis, but also the deep layers of the dermis.

The basis of Dermadrop serums, designed specifically for application with the Dermadrop TDA™ (official distributor – company

Ukrainian Aesthetics), is active LP3-complex. In its structure, LP3 is similar to the lipid layer of the skin, and therefore easily overcomes it. In addition, the LP3 complex facilitates the penetration of large active molecules deep into the skin.

Studies have demonstrated an increase in epidermal thickness after exposure to Dermadrop, which is indicative of

an increase in the permeability of the skin barrier.

After the use of serums with LP3-complex, the thickness of the epidermis increased by an average of 65% compared to untreated areas of the skin.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of Dermadrop serums was carried out using the Primo 3D optical device, which allows you to quickly and accurately measure the depth of wrinkles and determine the condition of the skin.

During the study, 32 female volunteers underwent the Dermadrop procedure once every 7 days for a month. Before and after completion of the course

wrinkle depth was measured:

    in the corners of the eyes;
  • in the area of ​​the lower eyelid;
  • on forehead;
  • in the area of ​​nasolabial folds.

After completing the course of Dermadrop, the depth of wrinkles decreased:

    on the face in general – by 32%;
  • on the forehead – by 21%;
  • around the eyes – by 47%;
  • in the area of ​​nasolabial folds – by 27%.
The effectiveness of skin hydration with Dermadrop serums was evaluated in a study involving 43 female volunteers. Dermadrop TDA™ HYAL was performed using the split-face technique on one side of the face. Session frequency – 1 time in 7 days, the duration of the study – 6 weeks. The degree of skin hydration was measured with a corneometer.

After completing the course of

treatments, skin hydration indicators increased on average by:

    22% after 21 days;
  • 27% after 42 days.
