Psychological maturity is an important component in assessing the state of one's own psyche. It is maturity that can help reveal all the abilities and talents of a person, as well as help develop both spiritually and materially. At one time, the famous American psychologist Abraham Maslow compiled a list of 15 signs of a mature personality. At the same time, Maslow himself believed that psychological maturity is inherent in only 1% of the total population and called such individuals "quality people".

What we call "normal" in psychology is actually the psychopathology of dullness.
