    Замечательный комплекс! Я уже два дня его практикую и чувствую прилив сил! А что будет, когда я его буду практиковать месяц? Даже представить трудно!

    Кроме всего вышеперечисленного, отдельным бонусом повышается упругость кожи лица при регулярном выполнении планки (полного комплекса) Не буду повторяться про осанку и все что происходит с мышцами тела
