With the light hand of Coco Chanel, tanned skin has become a symbol of success. How to prepare for the velvet season and, in general, for sunbathing so that the skin looks noble, elegant and healthy at the same time?

This preparation is best to start 3-4 days before sunbathing, and it consists in proper body scrubbing.

As a body and face skin care procedure, peeling appeared in ancient Egypt, and tartaric acid was used as an active agent (wine was used as a chemical peel). In Asia, peelings have been used since the Middle Ages, and the practice of this procedure has more than one thousand years.

Peelings based on fruit acids are more often used for the face, i.е. chemical, and for the body they use scrubs - mechanical peelings that work with the superficial stratum corneum of the epidermis (remove dead cells, excess sebum, pollution from its surface), thus leveling the skin relief, saturating it with micro- and macro-elements, improving blood - and lymph filling, increasing cellular metabolism, due to which the body is cleansed of toxins and toxins, while being enriched with oxygen.

By purpose, peels are divided into professional and for home care.
Professional peels contain a certain set of ingredients from natural raw materials and the basis of an exfoliating substance, so they are applied, selecting each person individually, once a week.

Scrubs for home body care can be used alone 2-3 times a week.

Before choosing a peeling, the specialist determines the type of skin, taking into account the age category and other characteristics of the person. The peculiarity of application will depend on this - on wet skin (if it is tender, dry, age-related) or dry (if it is oily), while moistening only the hands, heating or dissolving a portion of the scrub.

The depth of penetration and effectiveness of the procedure will depend on the concentration of its application.

Peeling can be prepared at home. It can be used ground coffee beans + sea salt in a ratio of 1: 1 (used for mature skin). For dry, you can use a grape seed scrub or fresh grapes + crushed oatmeal 1: 1 + cane sugar. If it will be exclusively bones, then you need to add olive oil (about 2 tablespoons). For oily skin, you can take equal amounts of turmeric, ginger (grind), add cinnamon and 1 tbsp. honey.

But you should always remember that peelings are applied and removed with the right massage movements! Then you will get an excellent result - beautiful in color and texture healthy skin and excellent health (because peelings relieve manifestations of stress and fatigue)!
