It goes through a kind of heating process, so the high molecular weight chain joins the low molecular weight chain, and we get a new product – hyaluronic acid hybrid. And it has other properties, as well as an improved biological profile, providing a longer result than, for example, mesotherapy, and also has a higher biological profile.
What is the main difference between Aliaxin and other fillers
G.S. The main difference between Aliaxin – is that it is produced by IBSA. (Ed. with a smile)
IBSA – is a pharmaceutical company from Italy that controls the whole process: from the very beginning, i.e. raw material, to the filling of syringes.
Another feature is the technology of the product. This product represents a very innovative technology that gives Aliaxin high cohesiveness. Cohesiveness – this is what provides the best integration into the tissues. The higher it is – the better the integration into tissues, and thus the less chance of side effects such as skin inflammation or granulomas.

What are the main advantages of combining Profhilo and Aliaxin preparations for the correction of delicate areas
GS We know that the aging process starts with different things: bone resorption, ptosis of ligaments, muscles, and changes in facial fat. The combination of Aliaxin and Profhilo is very important if we want to get total rejuvenation.
Aliaxin – this is a filler, and it will restore volume, and Profhilo will work with skin ptosis, tighten it, give better texture, and complement rejuvenation. Also treatment with Profhilo is easy on difficult areas such as the neck or arms, so you have the complete package. G.S. Yes, you can use these drugs in combination on the same site, and on different sites, for example, doing a facial treatment with Aliaxin in one session , and a neck or hand treatment with Profhilo. This saves time for both the patient and you.
What complications can occur when combining Profhilo and Aliaxin preparations for the correction of delicate areas
G.S. When you combine these products, you don't have to worry about complications. This combination is completely safe. Whenever we work with a needle, or during any other medical intervention, there may be some swelling or inflammation, but this is due to the technique of the procedure. If we use a needle, we have a risk of bruising, which is not the case with a cannula, but this has nothing to do with the product.
How Aliaxin is distributed in the skin, there are some peculiarities
G.S. We have different lines of this drug. There are denser products that have less fluidity that basically stay where we put them, for example to restore bone or create more defined cheekbones.
There are also other products, such as Aliaxin SR – three different types of hyaluronic acid, and one of them – natural hyaluronic acid, which has greater fluidity, and, therefore, is better distributed over the area into which it was introduced. But we are not always looking for a product that distributes well.
First of all, we must determine the indication, and then use the drug that is best suited for a particular area.
How long is the result when Aliaxin and Profhilo are combined to correct delicate areas?
G.S. Alaliaxin and Profhilo have different protocols as they are different products. But the results obtained with Profhilo also depend on your expectations.
Profhilo protocol – this is one procedure, in a month – the second procedure, after 2 months – the third procedure, and this is the ideal option.
And to maintain – we carry out procedures in 6 and 8 months. The effect of Aliaxin, like any other hyaluronic acid, lasts for a period of 8 to 12 months. But it also depends on the lifestyle of the patient. If the patient smokes, drinks, is often in the sun, he has bad habits - hyaluronic acid disappears faster, and if the patient leads a healthy lifestyle, drinks a lot of water, does not smoke, does not drink alcohol - hyaluronic acid will last longer.
