At the end of 2016, during the transportation of Allergan products, medical devices were stolen. At the moment, the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region is investigating criminal proceedings on the fact of the theft of part of the cargo by unidentified persons from the car. The company became aware of individual cases of the offer for sale of stolen products. This was reported by official representatives of the company "Allergan Ukraine" in social networks.

The head of the group of managers for medical public relations of the Allergan Ukraine company reported about the incident. Alexey Filchukov on his page in Facebook:
– Dear colleagues, partners! It is no secret that the field of aesthetic medicine reveals and expands the standards of beauty, brings many bright and positive changes into our lives! But, unfortunately, this area attracts the attention of people for whom money is worth more than the health of patients, and the commission of actions of a criminal nature is not a deterrent! This post is official information for the public from the Allergan Ukraine company.
Note that Article 198 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for criminal liability for the acquisition, receipt, storage or sale of property obtained by criminal means. Such actions are punishable by arrest for a term of up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term of up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
