The name "SPA" is an abbreviation of Latin letters and means "health through water". Indeed, most spa treatments are somehow connected with water. But it is worth noting that the spa – it's not an easy body treatment. This is the philosophy of the state of mind and body, which should always be in harmony with each other. Purpose of spa treatment

The goal of a spa treatment on Sunday should be soothing. Before the start of the working week, you need to calm your nerves more than ever so that the next week goes smoothly and freely. Remember, in order to calm down you need to relax. Therefore, before proceeding directly to the procedure, try to discard all thoughts about work, leaving them for tomorrow and just relax.

Spa treatment method

One of the most common home spa treatments is the sea salt bath. Most often, Dead Sea salt is used because of its unique mineral composition. Of course, there are many other sea salts. Therefore, if you failed to buy Dead Sea salt – do not despair, others will come.

Method of making a sea salt bath

To make a salt bath you will need:

  • 3-4 tablespoons of sea salt;
  • a few drops of lavender essential oil.

Take a full bath of water at a temperature no higher than human body temperature. Then you can pour salt into it and add essential oil. It is best to pour salt evenly over the entire length of the tub. Essential oil should be dripped according to the same principle. After you have added salt and oil, you can safely immerse yourself in water and enjoy the procedure for twenty minutes.  After you have finished taking a bath, it is worth blotting your body with a terry towel so that the sea salt transfers its beneficial substances to the skin for some time.

By the way, if you want to quickly tone your body, you can prepare the same salt bath, but only increase the temperature of the water to 40°C. But remember that you can’t stay in such a bath for longer than 15 minutes.

Efficiency of salt baths

A sea salt bath is capable of:

  1. Increase microcirculation of blood and lymph.
  2. Increase vitality.
  3. Relieve fatigue and overexertion.
  4. Relieve insomnia.
  5. "Treat" the skin with useful micro- and macroelements.

This, of course, is not all the useful qualities that sea salt has. If you repeat the procedure at least once every two weeks, then after the third time you will notice a significant improvement in the condition of the skin, and this in addition to emotional relaxation.
