They say that Japanese massage touches the soul, in fact, the basis of gymnastics is work with internal tissues, skull bones and deep muscles. Stylist Yukuko Tanaka described the technique of deep lymphatic massage in her research, which spread with great speed both in Japan and here.

Laine Butter named this massage Asahi, which means "Morning Sun". Gymnastics is performed early in the morning, it is recommended even before sunrise. Japanese gymnastics for the face has established itself as a new type of massage that can significantly improve skin condition, remove dark bags and circles under the eyes, and tighten severely sagging facial and neck muscles.

The main features of Japanese massage

Japanese gymnastics for the face of Asahi is performed with only two fingers: index-middle or middle and ring fingers. Gymnastics can be performed independently, but carefully so as not to harm the blood flow. The main work of massage is aimed at stimulating the work of the lymph nodes and connective tissues. All exercises pass along the lymphatic lines. It is forbidden to press hard on the lymph nodes, so as not to harm the body. Japanese gymnastics for the face is divided into 2 types:

  • Deep massage involves pressing on the “beauty points”, affecting the deepest tissues, using the muscles of the face.
  • Exercising the lymphatics causes the lymph nodes to renew, which allows you to quickly remove toxins from the body.

After a week of gymnastics, the skin becomes noticeably younger, blood circulation is renewed, the water balance returns to normal. Since the biological points on the face are activated by stroking and pressing.

Basic exercises of Japanese massage Asahi

  1. Eye massage. Using the index or middle finger from the outer corners of the eyes, smoothly move along the eyelid to the inner side, on the way back along the eyebrow we lead with increased pressure to the outer side.
  2. Massaging the lower eyelid. With bunches of fingers, with light free movements, we move from the outer to the inner side of the eyelid. Back we lead fingers down to the lobes of the ears.
  3. Smoothing of the chin and nasolabial wrinkles. The middle and ring fingers are in the middle of the chin, press for a couple of seconds and freeze. Circle the fingers, without stopping pressing, around the lips so that the tufts of fingers are connected in the center above the upper lip, press and hold for another 2-3 seconds.
  4. Similar movement: two fingers from the chin towards the center above the upper lip and towards the eyes. Near the eyes, press the center of the eyeball for about 3 seconds, then direct the movement to the temporal region and down to the earlobes.
  5. Smoothing wrinkles on the forehead. With the fingers of one hand, using zigzag movements, we smooth out the wrinkles on the forehead, first in one direction, then in the other.
  6. Getting rid of the second chin. With the palm up, massage from the chin towards the ear, first with one hand on the right, then with the second hand on the left. When massaging, it is necessary to apply a small force.
  7. Cheek tightening. One hand rests on the cheek on the right, and the second draws a triangle on the cheek on the left. From the lower part of the jaw, draw a line with great pressure to the inside of the eye. Pressing is weakened and we continue to move from the inside of the eye to the ear and then down. First for one side of the face, then for the other.
