Алессио Редаелли: залог успешной эстетической коррекции – использование качественных филлеров

Aesthetic medicine is developing rapidly, enabling doctors to constantly improve their skills. A professor, doctor of medicine, vascular surgeon, phlebologist, specialist in aesthetic medicine, professor at the Milan Aesthetic School "Agora" told estet-potal.com readers about highly artistic correction with fillers, as well as about the trends of modern medicine. and Academic School of Practical Medicine (ASPEM), lecturer at the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM), scientific director of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (SIES), professor at the University of Padua, member of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology (IACD) Alessio Redaelli (Dr.Alessio Redaelli).

What is highly artistic face correction

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. You are asking me something that I do not fully agree with. I believe that only Leonardo da Vinci can be called a master of a highly artistic approach. Therefore, when a doctor tells me that he is doing a highly artistic correction, I start to worry.

First of all, it is important for a doctor to be guided by the principles of evidence-based medicine.

Certainly, a doctor who has talent is much better than one who doesn't. However, I would like to believe that even a doctor who does not have special abilities can perform high-quality aesthetic correction for a patient. So I don't think it's necessary to follow a highly artistic approach. However, when working with high quality preparations, such as fillers from FILORGA, you can get a really high-quality result.

Tell us about current trends in aesthetic medicine

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. Today, one of the current trends in aesthetic medicine– this is threadlifting. Of course, we have been using this method for more than a year, but only recently we have been able to minimize complications after this procedure. I remember the days when we got a lot of side effects due to the use of insoluble mesothreads.

Now we have threads based on polylactic acid, polydioxanone (PDO) and polycaprolactone in our arsenal, which are safe and have a pronounced lifting effect. Another method that, in my opinion, is extremely promising – this is the use of autologous platelet-rich plasma. This area is only at the beginning of its development, and we still know almost nothing about the role of cytokines, platelets and growth factors.

The role of fillers in aesthetic medicine is also growing, as we now have the ability to work with dermal fillers that are virtually complication-free. They are easy to apply and provide long-lasting and pronounced results.

What is the difference between FILORGA's new generation ART FILLER® and other dermal fillers?

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. First of all, it is the complete sterility of drugs, as well as the use of unique technologies for their production. Working with FILORGA fillers, you feel the absolute ease and softness of the introduction, since these are the most standardized dermal fillers. Despite the fact that almost all fillers are now well accepted by the skin, sometimes I encounter swelling. Working with FILORGA fillers, I can be sure that I will not get side effects.

Today I am doing injection correction in Kyiv, yesterday - in Lviv, and tomorrow I will go to Dnipro or Manila, I cannot afford to use drugs that I am not sure about the safety of - that's why I choose FILORGA.

In addition, X-HA VOLUME® fillers have the property of maintaining their volume for a long time, which allows for the most prolonged result. Another positive property of these drugs – the presence of lidocaine in their composition, which allows you to reduce discomfort during the procedure.

Tell us about the BIO NUTRI LIFT protocol, what are its main advantages

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. For many years I have been using a combination of fillers and NCTF multivitamin solution® which I want to emphasize is the only complex of vitamins for injection. The BIO NUTRI LIFT protocol involves the injection of NCTF® into the correction zone before the introduction of ART FILLER®FINE LINES or ART FILLER®UNIVERSAL.

This approach makes it possible to achieve effective hydration and volumization of the skin, as well as to get a quick result that the patient can appreciate immediately after the procedure. This is a promising and easy method, which I boldly recommend to both young doctors and specialists with many years of experience. This technique is optimal for anti-aging correction, volumization and skin rejuvenation.

Who is the BIO NUTRI LIFT protocol for?

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. BIO NUTRI LIFT – it is more than a volumetric correction, since this method provides nourishment to the skin.  In young patients, I use it to prevent age-related changes, especially for smokers. This protocol can be used in combination with botulinum therapy to correct mimic wrinkles.

BIO NUTRI LIFT protocol is also suitable for volumetric correction in older patients, especially if they have hyperpigmentation. Most often, I am approached by patients of the middle age group (from 30 to 50 years old), who need both the prevention of aging and the correction of age-related changes. And all I need – it is correct to choose the dose of drugs.

If my goal is hydration and revitalization, then I use a larger volume of NCTF®, while combining it with one bottle of ART FILLER®FINE LINES.  In older patients, I emphasize volumetric correction, so in addition to NCTF®, I use two bottles of ART FILLER®UNIVERSAL .

What an aesthetic medicine specialist should know in order to obtain a lasting result and gain the patient's trust

Dr.Alessio Redaelli. In order to get long-lasting results, you need to use good fillers.  The unique structure of ART FILLER® products from FILORGA, which contain three types of hyaluronic acid, allows you to get the most prolonged effect. ART FILLER®UNIVERSAL and VOLUME are especially effective in this regard. But even with ART FILLER®LIPS, which I use to correct my nose and lips, I get results that last up to two years, which is a very good indicator.

The technique of performing the procedure can greatly affect the duration of the result.

I always say that hyaluronic acid is very similar to ice. When you have a whole container of ice – it will melt for two days, but if you distribute its entire volume over a large area – ice will melt instantly. This also applies to hyaluronic acid - the introduction of a large volume of the drug into one zone provides a longer effect than small point injections.
