The second conference was held on June 14-16 in a very original place – Kiev Golf Center. We wanted to realize a lot, but what we did exceeded our expectations. Of course, the best is the enemy of the good, and there is always something to tweak and improve. We have a desire to develop the event further, but if we talk about the results of the conference – yes, we did what we wanted. Our listeners took in a huge amount of applied information and information on working with difficult patients.
The most important thing for us was to create such an atmosphere in which participants would be as comfortable as possible to perceive new information.
We are all – Colleagues, we should always help each other, and the format of the conference should be as friendly as possible so that listeners have more opportunities to perceive information. It seems to me that everything that goes in a major and on a positive note – it is always more useful, and gives more knowledge and experience.
How do you rate the feedback from the participants of the event, did they like the conference?
Anna Funikova:
Now Ukraine hosts a huge number of events: many commercial events and conferences. The public is now very spoiled, doctors are used to not only receiving informational content, but also watching an entertainment program. But I – for pure science. Medical cosmetology – it is one of the branches of medicine. This is serious, it must be very deep, and all knowledge, even applied, must have a scientific basis. It was a very big and pleasant surprise for me that our audience is still ready to perceive the real, scientific and valuable, and this made me very happy.

I must say that I am always used to evaluating everything by myself, and understand progress indicators, based on personal experience. Do you already have any ideas for Grand Experts Meeting III?
Anna Funikova:
When such a big event ends, for which you prepare for a long time and invest a lot of effort – it always seems that after it you can rest. But as soon as it ended – you immediately begin to think and plan what to do next. We have achieved a lot of what was planned, but there is always something to strive for. We want to cover even more topics, increase the degree of scientific study, and, at the same time, to make the conference as accessible as possible for doctors of aesthetic medicine in Ukraine and other countries. Our next Grand Experts Meeting III will take place March 1-3, 2019 and we are already inviting to this conference. We are inspired by this event and are already starting to work for its benefit.

In what direction do you see the further development of your teaching schools?
Anna Funikova:
I think that the key to any development – it is kindness, collegiality and honesty. For me, full and honest human interaction – it is one of the most important components that should be present not only in business, but in everything.
Creation of joint projects – these are the things that help us make our schools and clinics better not at the expense of anyone, but through the desire to understand, compare and perceive. Overall result – it is always a product that will be better and more interesting. Until today, I really lacked science in everything. I want science and medicine, and it seems to me that our tandem – this is a tandem that will lead our market to full-fledged functioning in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Igor Rudenko:I would also like to add and outline some milestones that are partly already in the plans, and partly these are still dreams and directions in which I would like to develop . First of all, this is a real international research activities that involve some kind of laboratory equipment, lobbying abroad, the development of new drugs, which is very interesting. The second moment – is scientific or educational tourism, when foreign specialists will come to us for training. This already exists, but I am absolutely convinced that we have everything we need to reach a higher level and attract doctors from abroad to study with us. And the third – this is medical tourism, when patients will come to us for treatment. I also believe that we have everything for this, and there can be no competition in these tasks, so we must combine our efforts to solve these problems.
