In the process of skin aging, the consequences of photo- and chronoaging manifest themselves in different ways. The force of gravity affects the skin of the face, the bone structure changes, reabsorption of adipose tissue occurs and loss of turgor and elasticity of the skin due to damage to elastin and collagen fibers, and many other reasons.

One of the latest cannula techniques allows full face therapy through four incoming puncture points using the most appropriate product to achieve the desired results – from restoring facial volume to improving skin texture, radiance, increasing turgor and elasticity.

These results are achieved through the number of procedures and the variation of different aesthetic techniques, which are often a compromise in terms of the repetition of an invasive intervention during the entire therapeutic process. In addition, the use of HA with increased viscosity and degree of stabilization (i.e. a dense product) sometimes causes, especially with thin skin, the occurrence of a side effect in the form of "organ pipes" at the site of implantation of the material.

This negative effect is most noticeable at the point of insertion in the zygomatic area towards the ear and becomes less noticeable towards the zygomatico-cheek area, where the skin thickens.

The aim of the proposed technique is to expand the practice and therapeutic rationality. The Hydrolift Action Concept offers a simple and effective approach to achieve this goal.

The most suitable combination is Aliaxin SR (an intradermal product containing a combination of native and stabilized HA) with Viscoderm 2.0% (native HA for biorestructuring), or Viscoderm Skinko (native HA, combined with an anti-aging complex for biocomplementary therapy).

The rationale of this method lies in adjusting the density of the injectables to obtain the desired lifting effect and at the same time achieve an improvement in skin texture through biorestructuring and biocomplementary therapy, depending on the degree of skin aging.

Materials for carrying out the Hydrolift Action concept

• Aliaxin SR (monophasic HA gel with different molecular weight – 500 kDa, 1000 kDa, 2000 kDa, containing 22.5 mg of stabilized NaHA and 2.5 mg of native NaHA) – 2 ml.
• Viscoderm 2.0% (20 mg native NaHA) – 2 ml or Viscoderm Skinko – solution for injection in a 5 ml vial (contains 2 mg of native NaHA and an anti-aging complex – amino acids, vitamins, minerals) – 1 vial.

Cannula 25 G/40 mm.
Lidocaine with adrenaline in ampoules 1: 100 000.

Procedure protocol "Hydrolift Actions" concept

The choice of injectable products is based on the degree of skin aging and the desired results: volume or deep hydration.

If lifting is needed, mix 2 Aliaxin SR syringes with 2 Viscoderm 2.0% syringes.

If you need improvement of skin tone and hydration, mix 2 Aliaxin SR syringes with 5 ml of Viscoderm Skinko.

The mixture is prepared as follows:

the content of 2 syringes
• Aliaxin SR is transferred to a sterile 10 ml syringe and the contents of 2 syringes Viscoderm 2.0%;
then connect the filled 10 ml syringe with the empty 10 ml syringe using a three-way valve to facilitate mixing of the products;
when one valve is closed, the product is forced out of one syringe into another;
perform the action until the products are completely mixed.

The same principle is used to mix

Aliaxin SR and Viscoderm Skinko. This technique is performed quite quickly and simply, the main requirement – sterile conditions. The resulting mixture is alternately drawn into syringes of 1 mm.

After preparing the solution, we perform anesthesia with a vasoconstrictor at the injection points, then we perform implantation using a cannula with the resulting solution, which is more liquid compared to traditional HA-based fillers.

At the end of the therapy, it is recommended to perform a gentle massage to better distribute the products evenly throughout the treated area.

Results and conclusions after the procedure Concept "Hydrolift Actions"

Using the described technique showed a homogeneous distribution of the product without the negative aesthetic effect of "organ pipes".
