Few people know that such a coveted "elixir of youth" still exists, and it is nothing but your blood. Its smallest components — platelets — bear the secrets of skin longevity. They include specific proteins — growth factors — biologically active polypeptide molecules responsible for the restoration, growth and renewal of cells in our body.
These properties of platelets formed the basis of an absolutely safe injection method of rejuvenation using platelet-rich plasma (plasmolifting or PRP technology).

Accessing to skin receptors, platelet molecules start the process of active cell division and growth, and by increasing the concentration of platelets in the blood, the process of tissue regeneration is accelerated.
In addition, platelet-rich plasma injections activate intercellular metabolism, the synthesis of elastin, collagen and hyaluronic acid. Due to this, already a few days after the procedure, the visible effect of plasmolifting appears.
Plasmolifting procedure is performed in women and men in order to rejuvenate the skin of the face, hands, neck, décolleté, restore scalp hair and treat alopecia, prevent and treat stretch marks and scars on the body.
Indications for the procedure are:
- adverse environmental impact;
- aging skin changes;
- alopecia.
Plasmolifting procedure is considered absolutely safe
Because your own blood is used to make platelet-rich plasma, any toxic or immunonegative reactions are excluded.
Contraindications to the procedure include systemic blood diseases, decompensated diabetes mellitus, progressive and stationary psoriasis, autoimmune diseases, oncological and severe somatic diseases, allergic reactions to anticoagulants, immunosuppressive conditions, pregnancy and lactation.
For Plasmolifting, the patient must be healthy, for which it is necessary to measure the pressure before each procedure. It is necessary to clarify whether the patient is taking anticoagulants.

It is desirable to carry out the procedure in the first half of the day. Before plasmolifting, you must definitely drink about a liter, not counting juices and tea, you should not eat fatty foods and carbohydrates. For 2 days we recommend not to drink alcohol.
Methodology of the plasma-lifting procedure
Stage 1. Collection of material for the plasma-lifting procedure
We collect from the patient from 20 to 40 ml of venous blood from the cubital vein (the same as during the sampling of venous blood for analysis).
Stage 2: Centrifugation
We place the blood in a special centrifuge, where it is processed for 10 minutes. The task of centrifugation is to obtain plasma with a platelet concentration of 1,000,000/µl. This is a prerequisite for providing a stimulating effect. At the beginning of the treatment, the heaviest red cells are isolated from the plasma - – erythrocytes, then the plasma itself is divided into 2 fractions: poor and rich in platelets.
Step 3. Shake and whey preparation for home use
To prepare the serum, we take platelet-poor plasma into a test tube, into which we then add vitamins and hyaluronic acid or pharmacological preparations, depending on what problem we are correcting. The resulting vitamin serum is given to the patient for home care.
It must be stored at a temperature of +3-8 degrees. It should be used for a week as follows: apply twice a day (morning and evening) on cleansed skin for 15 minutes, after which we use the remedy that the patient is used to using.
To create the cocktail itself, using a patented method, we select platelet-rich plasma and supplement it with immunocompetent cells.
Stage 4. Plasmolifting procedure
Plasma injection methods may vary. Depending on the individual characteristics of the patient, injections are made:
- according to the principles of contouring and mesotherapy for wrinkle smoothing;
- for biologically active acupuncture points.
The choice of administration scheme is determined by the attending physician. After the procedure, there is a noticeable swelling in the injection area, which should be warned in advance by the patient. During the first course of procedures, the main work is done to eliminate age-related changes. The visible effect of rejuvenation occurs within 10 days.
The procedures must be carried out in a course with a frequency of 1 time per month / 14 days up to 6 months. To consolidate, it is recommended to take a course of 3-4 procedures.
To maintain the effect, we recommend 1 maintenance plasma-lifting procedure every 6 months. For anti-age — 2 regular and 2 maintenance treatments every 3 months. In other cases, the number of procedures and their frequency is determined by the doctor and is prescribed individually depending on the patient's condition.
The duration of the effect of plasmolifting is individual and depends on the following factors:
- original leather quality;
- the general health of the patient;
- his age.
Plasmolifting can be combined with other injection techniques and care procedures. Abuse plasmolifting — take a course more often than 2 times a year — not recommended, because any stimulation is good in moderation.
