At the recent exhibition "Estet Beauty Expo 2016", which brought together hundreds of participants at the International Exhibition Center, the largest audience of listeners was always present at the master classes held by Teoxane. One of the most interesting training seminars was held by Vladlena Averina – dermatovenereologist at KB «Feofaniya», member of the scientific committee of PMWC 2016, scientific coordinator of ANC Ukraine, international trainer Teoxane.

What topic do you dedicate your master class to?
- The master class is dedicated to express procedures. Usually such procedures are especially relevant before big holidays – for example, New Year's, or other celebrations. Express treatments are in high demand. And often cosmetologists are interested in what can be offered to patients who need the effect, as they say, "for yesterday", who want to put their appearance in order a week before an important event for them. My presentation is about what we can do beautifully, effectively and safely for the patient in two weeks.
What methods are used to achieve the effectiveness of express procedures?
Most often these are peels, and trichloroacetic peels. If we have a period of two weeks, then, accordingly, we have the opportunity to adequately exfoliate the skin and prepare it for further exposure – whether it is botulinum toxin after 7-10 days or injections of fillers, or it is, for example, the effect of a mesoscooter. I tell doctors how we can quickly refresh the face - with what procedures, as well as lip correction.
Does the patient need a rehabilitation period after express procedures?
- I choose procedures that give the fastest and most noticeable effect. In the two weeks that we have with the patient, the skin has time to come to the desired state.
How long does the effect of the express treatment last?
If it is botulinum toxin and fillers, then the effect of botulinum toxin lasts up to six months, and fillers – from one to three years, depending on the injection site and the individual characteristics of the patient.
What ages of patients typically seek this procedure?
The procedure is of interest to women of absolutely different ages – from 25 to 55 years old.
Do you think express procedures are really relevant for our women?
Our business women are really very often interested in express procedures, because a small amount of time is spent on this type of care, the rehabilitation period for them is not very long – this is also important for a business woman, and the effect can be seen immediately. Our pace of life dictates certain requirements to us – and we should be offering these treatments to patients.
How can the effect of the complex of express procedures be extended or enhanced?
Recommendations after express procedures are usually the same as after any facial complex. Of course, if we work with the quality of the skin, then the effect will last longer, and the patient will be able to admire herself for a longer time. If procedures were carried out that give a quick result, then the effect may not be so long. Maybe thirty percent for long-term programs & nbsp; care give a more lasting effect, but there are no special recommendations after express procedures.
What Do you personally prefer procedures?
I like to do long-term procedures more, because in this case I have the opportunity to communicate with the patient for a longer time, better understand his needs, which means that I have the opportunity to work on all signs of aging, and not just on mimic wrinkles or filling in some -some zones on the face. In principle, peelings, and threads, and physiotherapy, and the same hardware techniques – they are still designed for a long-term effect and involve several visits of the patient, during which a lasting rejuvenating effect is achieved.
