How long the filler lasts in the tissue: it depends from patient to patient.

But actually typical patient that I see: I want to see them at least ones a year because tissues need maintenance.

We need to look after the skin, the muscles, the fat (superficial and deep), ligaments and the bones.

So for me, I need to my patient on a regular basis to see monitor them.

And just review how everything looks on a face and also on a body: neck, decollate, back of the hands because these are the second most visible body parts and they are age giveaways.

So if we start focusing on a face for many years we forget about this suddenly when we are fifty we wake up and think “oh my gosh”

Cause these parts of body look age giveaway and a face just looks so strange.

So that’s what I do now.
