New techniques from OnCosmetics: correction of the shape of the lips and facial contours

The New Year holidays have barely died down, when OnCosmetics again opens a series of training seminars for cosmetologists. On January 26, the company's office hosted a seminar on methods for correcting the shape of the lips and face using fillers, as well as new trends in threadlifting.

Seminar  conducted by Irina Aleksandrovna Bashura, Chairwoman of the Threadlifting School, international class trainer-methodologist, certified trainer of OnCosmetics, PMG in threadlifting, contouring.

The first part of the OnCosmetics workshop – theoretical – was devoted to an overview of the methods of injection correction of the lips, lower and middle third of the face using fillers of the Philosophy line. The participants of the seminar learned in detail about the composition of fillers and the features of the action of the most important ingredients – hyaluronic acid, mannitol, which are part of OnCosmetics preparations, found out the features and benefits of monophasic and biphasic fillers, as well as the possibility of their complex use in combination with threadlifting.

Peculiarities of lip shape correction with fillers

The topic of lip correction started from afar – from the features of the shape of this important part of the face, as it was imagined in ancient times, to the modern preferences of patients who come to the beautician to correct the shape of the lips. Dr. Irina Bashura strongly reminded the audience that the doctor should make his own decisions about how to correct the lips of the patient, because it is necessary to observe harmonious proportions and take into account all the features of the woman's appearance.

The participants of the seminar received a detailed overview of the methods of lip shape correction  - with drug administration schemes and an analysis of the advantages of each of them, found out the possibilities of using a needle and cannula for specific situations to change the shape of the lips, learned about possible contraindications to procedures and how to avoid complications after injection corrections in the perioral region.

The speaker of the seminar answered all the questions of the participants, demonstrated on diagrams and photographs some methods of working with lips based on her own experience, explained the features of working with the use of various fillers of the Philosophy line, depending on the age of the patient and the condition of her skin, & nbsp; morphological features of the lips.

Rejuvenating non-surgical techniques: fillers or threads?

The theoretical part of Irina Bashura's seminar was continued with a review of methods of rejuvenating facial correction using filler injections and mesothreads. The participants learned in detail how and why the injected fillers or threads affect the quality of facial skin, how methods can be combined and what effect can be achieved.

Each participant of the seminar had the opportunity to clarify with the speaker all the questions that arose during the story, to fix detailed schemes for the introduction of fillers into certain areas of the face, to remember, thanks to photographs and diagrams, the location of nerves and blood vessels in the areas of injection, to write down the rules, regarding the depth of filler insertion and features of face shape correction depending on the age of the patient.

Threadlifting was a separate topic for discussion at the seminar. Irina Bashura shared with the participants her personal experience of working with threads of the innovative Time Machine line of preparations, each participant could personally verify the convenience of the design of mesothreads and test them with their hands for strength. The speaker of the seminar gave detailed schemes for setting up mesothreads to correct the shape of the face with various age-related changes, dictated the rules for working with mesothreads to avoid complications when working with them, explained the difference in the types of Time Machine threads and the methods of working with each of them.

The theoretical part of Irina Bashura's seminar, which was organized by OnCosmetics, ended with a practical demonstration of methods for working with Philosophy injectables and Time Machine mesothreads, which helped participants consolidate their knowledge  and see for yourself the effectiveness of drugs for lip shaping and facial rejuvenation.
