Due to the vast scientific knowledge of hyaluronic acid, a new patented technology of the stabilized hybrid complex has been developed, which has allowed to achieve a concentration of 64 mg of hyaluronic acid in a single syringe.
The hyaluronic acid molecule has been the subject of study and active use for a long time. During this period, it has proven its effectiveness, which is recognized throughout the world. So, what can be added to this seemingly proven remedy?
PROFHILO®: Innovative technologies for complete safety
For example, the production of unique stable molecular hybrids has proven the possibility of carrying out specific preparations that are distinguished by heat treatment. This patented technology resulted in a combination of 32mg high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (1100-1400kDa (H-HA)) and 32mg low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (80-100kDa (L-HA)).
In this way we obtain the concentration of hyaluronic acid in one syringe (64 mg in 2 ml), while maintaining complete control, which was previously impossible. This product became Profilo (PROFHILO®).
PROFHILO® created a new combination method that allows different levels of endogenous hyaluronic acid to integrate in equal concentration - this is a combination of high and low molecular weight hybrids of HA.

The combined effect of hybrids has a regenerating trophic effect of low molecular weight HA on the epidermis (moisturizing effect), while the modeling effect (lifting) is provided by high concentration hyaluronic acid. This is how we get a double action product: moisturizing and lifting. Manufacturers proudly named this interaction - Hydrolifting (Hydrolift®).

In addition to the effect of hydrolifting Hydrolift® by integrating levels of endogenous hyaluronic acid, PROFHILO® technology; is able to optimize this action due to the presence of stable hybrid complexes.
PROFHILO®: what distinguishes the drug from analogues
1. Prolonged exposure. PROFHILO® Hybrid Complex; proved the ability to preserve high density hyaluronic acid (> 1000kDa) in the complex, while reducing the degradation of high molecular weight HA by 8 times.
2. High concentration of hyaluronic acid (32 mg/1 ml) with maximum controllability. The lower dynamic viscosity achieved with PROFHILO® allows the use of a 29G needle for superior and even distribution of the drug in the dermis compared to hyaluronic acid.
3. Reduced inflammation. Low weight molecules are slowly released from the hybrid complex, preventing the first inflammatory cytokines (TGF-β) from being activated, reducing the overall level of inflammation or limiting it to the primary phase of inflammation from mild stress to "sleeping/tired" cells.

4. High biocompatibility. In fact, PROFHILO® is a highly purified HA that does not contain chemical agents (crosslinkers) that change the structure, thereby reducing the risk of side effects.
