Case study: facial oval modeling

Patient Andrei V., 42 years old, turned to a cosmetologist with a request to reduce his fat deposits in the flanks and abdomen with the help of injectable preparations, as well as improve the general condition of the facial skin and correct its oval. Today we will review with you the protocol for modeling the face oval using Mesoestetic preparations (Spain, Barcelona), which was prescribed to this patient.

10 days before the first salon treatment, patient Andrey V. was recommended to use Mesoestetic's Glycorepair 8% Glycolic Acid Cream at night as a pre-peeling preparation. During the day, Mesoestetic Moisturizing sun protection 50+ was recommended.

After 10 days, the patient in the salon underwent a 40% Milk Peeling, the exposure time of which was 2.5 minutes. On the same day, after applying the anesthetic, a mesotherapeutic cocktail was injected to reduce the volume of the second chin: x.prof 010 Artichoke Extract + x.prof 017 Mesostabil + x.prof 022 Piruvex + x.prof 014 Organic Silicone 1%.

At home, the patient was asked to apply Mesoestetic's Post procedure fast skin repair enriched with DMAE and antioxidants morning and evening.

After 10 days, the patient underwent the following treatment protocol in a salon: Milk peeling 40%, exposure time 3.5 minutes. After application of an anesthetic, a mesotherapy cocktail was injected into the lower third of the face, consisting of: x.prof 010 Artichoke Extract + x.prof 012 L-Carnitine + x.prof 013 Organic Silicone 0.5% + x.prof 021 DMAE 3%. At home, it was recommended to continue applying the Post procedure fast skin repair cream in the morning and at night.

After 14 days, the patient returned to the salon. On this day, he underwent milk peeling 40%, exposure time 4.5 minutes. After applying the anesthetic, biorevitalization was carried out with the preparations of the Mesohyal line from Mesoestetic according to the following scheme:

• a biorevitalization cocktail consisting of mesohyal HYALURONIC and mesohyal DMAE was injected into the forehead and orbital region;
• cheeks, second chin and neck: mesohyal HYALURONIC + mesohyal DMAE + mesohyal ORGANIC SILICON.

In home care, to improve skin tone, moisturize and regenerate, the patient was recommended to use an eye cream and a face cream from the Collagen 360º by Mesoestetic.

Subsequently, once every 10 days for a month, patient Andrey V. was injected interdermally with a biorevitalization cocktail consisting of: mesohyal HYALURONIC + mesohyal DMAE + mesohyal ORGANIC SILICON.

Today, at home, in the morning and evening, the patient uses products from the Collagen 360º from Mesoestetic. Once a month, the salon undergoes biorevitalization with Mesohyal preparations (HYALURONIC, DMAE and mesohyal NCTC109).
