A healthy woman's vagina is inhabited by fungi of the genus Candida, which peacefully coexist with her microflora. But as soon as favorable conditions arise for them, they begin to multiply, which inevitably leads to the appearance of candidiasis, or, more simply, thrush. At the same time, drugs do not save: instead of defeated fungi, new ones immediately appear, which makes it necessary to intensify the course of therapy and increase the intake of medications.

5-prichin-poyavleniya-molochnitsy-o-kotorykh-redko-kto-dogadyvaetsya And all because the cause itself is not eliminated, explains the famous doctor, author of the bestseller "Being healthy in our country", Pavel Evdokimenko, pointing out those of them that rarely anyone guesses.

Reason #1. Stress. Thrush as a result of strong nerves

Stress hormones suppress the immune system and provoke the reproduction of fungi of the genus Candida in the female genital tract.

Thrush is often the result of strong nerves, especially in emotional women with a weakened nervous system.

Treating such a thrush that started on a background of stress is quite difficult.

Acclimatization and change of time zones are considered to be one of the stress factors. Therefore, thrush often recurs during a trip abroad, especially to distant hot countries.

  • Treatment with conventional antifungal medications must be supplemented with soothing herbs — valerian or motherwort.

Reason #2. Medications with side effects in the form of candidiasis

Modern antibiotics are mostly toxic: they reduce immunity, damage the liver and pancreas, inhibit the microflora of the intestines and genital tract, and stimulate the reproduction of fungi of the genus Candida.
In addition to antibiotics, other medicines can also provoke the development of candidiasis. Among them — contraceptives and hormonal preparations.

  • If you have thrush, carefully monitor the selection of medications you take. Many of them have a side effect in the form of candidiasis.

Reason #3. Sugar. Protracted thrush — symptom of diabetes

Thrush often occurs in women with high blood sugar levels. Moreover, with prolonged or frequently recurring thrush, this may indicate a latent form of type 11 diabetes. Therefore, it is important to take a sugar test.

If it is normal, you will have to exclude foods that increase blood glucose levels for the duration of treatment. And also - forget about yeast products, alcohol and blue cheeses.

 Useful for thrush:

  • lean meats, seafood;
  • vegetables (excluding — beets and corn);
  • cereals (buckwheat, oats);
  • low-fat dairy products.

Reason #4. Fashion underwear &  intimate haircuts threaten inflammation

Tight synthetic underwear does not allow the skin to breathe and creates a "greenhouse effect", as a result of which fungi of the genus Candida are activated. The reason for their rapid growth may be the epilation of the intimate zone.  Pubic hair has a barrier function, the destruction of which threatens with inflammation.

  • You should not wear tight-fitting jeans or tight pants when you are sick. And it is better to replace synthetic underwear with cotton.
  • During the treatment period, epilation in the pubic area or intimate hairstyles should not be done.

Reason #5. Excessive cleanliness & nbsp; detrimental to healthy microflora

Some ladies are so overly clean that  a visit to the toilet must end with washing. And they do it very carefully. They wash  not only the outer labia,  but also the vagina directly. As a result of such procedures, healthy microflora dies, & nbsp; and instead of it appear  fungi of the genus Candida.

The reason for the appearance of milkiness can be the use of cheap toilet paper, in the production of which all kinds of additives are used. Expensive toilet paper rolls are also not safe, because they contain dyes. And the use of scented wipes can cause allergies.

  • Wash with warm water without soap.
  • Vaginal hygiene is allowed once a week, and douching —  twice a month.

Use only white toilet paper.
