First exercise – Gloomy morning

Attention! Don't spare your muscles. Try to frown and resist it. Find a balance between tension and relaxation. The purpose of the exercise – force the muscle between the eyebrows to work. Second exercise – Third eye

How to do the exercise

Stand straight or sit on a chair with your back straight. There are two steps to complete this exercise.

First stage. With fingertips, gently move from the center of the eyebrows to the temples. Thus, the muscles are smoothed out as the fingers move. Do not make sudden movements or jerks, exercise a slight tension on the eyebrows, and, accordingly, the muscles. Feel how the muscles become tense and fix this feeling.

Second stage. Put your index, middle and ring fingers together and create vibration with tapping movements between the eyebrows. Increase the rate of tapping in the "third eye" area. Vibratory sensations should diverge from the forehead to the temples, from the temples to the crown and back of the head. Tap for about 1 minute. This exercise will be effective if performed about 5 times a day.

Attention! Do not knock too hard or press – may have a headache. Tapping should be light, but tangible. Eyebrows should not rise and stretch up or to the side.

This exercise helps to reduce heaviness, fatigue, stiffness in and between the eyes. Also, after the execution, the consciousness clears up, vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows disappear.

Exercises to smooth forehead wrinkles

Forehead stroking

Use the pads of your fingers to stroke your forehead to one side and the other. This is necessary to prepare the skin and warm up the muscles.

Skin Smoothing

Pinch the skin with your index and thumb fingers, while smoothing and stretching from the center of the forehead to the temples. Perform 3-4 times.

Zigzag exercise

With one hand, fix the skin near the temple, with the fingers of the other hand, move in the opposite direction in zigzag movements. Repeat 5-6 times on one side and the same number of times on the other side.

    Мое мнение - между бровями морщину убрать весьма сложно. С помощью косметических процедур, возможно и можно, но что будет дальше?
