Mudras that heal depression, colds and heartache

“Mudra” -  special position of the hands and fingers in accordance with the established canons. Finger yoga treatment is widespread in India, China, Vietnam and Korea. Like other Eastern methods of treating various ailments, mudra treatment has become popular all over the world today. So, it is believed that this oriental technique is rich in getting rid of a runny nose, heart pain, depression, etc. In the article we will talk in detail about the treatment with mudras.

The main feature of this non-traditional treatment is absolute concentration and mental impact on energy flows. When a certain channel is blocked, that organ is affected by the disease. Healing mudras: rules for doing yoga with fingers

  1. Exercise should begin with a warm-up of the fingers.
  2. All distractions should be eliminated – turn off the TV, put away a book or magazine, and fully concentrate on the mudra. Try to think only about something pleasant and concentrate on the desire to live without illness and pain.
  3. Don't stare hard at your fingers. As soon as you put them in the right mudra, relax and immerse yourself in positive thoughts with your eyes closed.
  4. A suitable mudra should be repeated no more than 5-6 times a day for 5-10 minutes. If any discomfort occurs, finger yoga should be discontinued.
  5. Due to the fact that the source of the disease may be outside the diseased area, the mudra intended for its treatment may not work. In this case, you need to choose a different position of the fingers.
  6. When all the exercises are completed, you should rest a bit. Before moving on to the next mudra, rinse your hands with cold water, shake and dry with a towel. It is not advisable to perform more than 2-3 mudras per day.

The duration of treatment depends entirely on the condition of the patient. The entire course of therapy can last for several days or several months.

Healing mudras for depression

You need to bend the index and ring fingers of the right hand, connect them with the corresponding fingers of the left hand. Connect the pads of the straightened middle fingers and little fingers with the same fingers of the opposite hand. The thumbs must be closed so that they are pressed against each other by the side surfaces.

Press the tips of the four fingers of the left hand (index, middle, ring and thumb) between the tips of the corresponding four fingers on the right hand. The little fingers of both hands should be free and straight.

Healing mudra for a cold

Put your palms together, cross your fingers together. Surround the thumb of the right hand with the index and thumb of the left hand.

Healing mudra for pain in the heart

You need to bend your index finger so that it touches the terminal phalanx of the base of the thumb. The little finger remains straight.

    Если бы всё было так просто, то больных бы уже небыло. Хотя чисто психологически возможно какое то излечение.

    15-20 лет назад я обучала детей самым приемлемым мудрам на уроках валеологии. До сих пор с успехом использую их сама. Главное - верить!

    Боль в сердце снимаю только 2-мя МУДРАМИ. Сомневающиеся пусть проверят. Но в каждом деле нужно терпение и тренировка.
