• bleeding.
Dr. Shishonin's gymnastics is very simple, it does not require any additional equipment or a gym membership. All exercises can be done at home at a convenient time for you.
Before you start your classes, read the general rules for this gymnastics:
• Monitor your breathing and general well-being. If you feel a rapid heartbeat, reduce the number of repetitions, slow down the pace.
• Watch the position of the back – it should be straight, not hunched.
• At the beginning of the gymnastics course, do the exercises daily, then, after 2 or 3 weeks, reduce the number of sessions to three per week.
The set of gymnastic exercises by Dr. Shishonin is as follows:
• Metronome – This exercise is aimed at developing the elasticity of the lateral muscles of the neck. Tilt your head to the right and hold for a short while in this position, then repeat the same tilt to the left. For each side, you need to repeat the movement five times.
• Spring – exercise kneads the back of the neck. Tilt your head forward so that your chin touches your neck. The back is even. In this position, fix for 30 seconds, then return to the starting position for 30 seconds.
• Goose – movement to stretch the oblique cervical muscles. It is necessary to stretch the chin to the right and left shoulder in turn, each time lingering in the chosen position for 30 seconds. The movement is repeated 5 times for each shoulder.
• A look into the sky – necessary for stretching the lateral cervical muscles. The head must be turned first to the left, then to its original position, then – to the right. Each turn must be delayed for 30 seconds.
• Frame – This exercise includes the work and hands. Fix the right hand on the left shoulder, and turn the head to the right, hold this position for 30 seconds. The same movement must be repeated for the other hand. You need to perform five times on each side.
• Fakir – hands are also involved here. The palms should be joined above the head, keep the arms slightly bent at the elbows. In this position, first turn your head to the left, and then – to the right. Hold each position for 30 seconds.
Dr. Shishonin's neck exercises are performed slowly, without sudden movements. Do not rush to immediately do everything up to the maximum angle of inclination – everything should be gradual. No pain should be felt during any of the exercises.
