Technique for injectable intimate plasty

The patient also complained of reduction of sexual sensations during intercourse. All of the above complaints appeared in the patient after childbirth, which was 1.5 years ago.

Practical case: correction of local facial fat deposits

On examination: lipodystrophy, asymmetry and wrinkling of the labia majora. After collecting an anamnesis, a decision was made on intimate correction: the introduction of a gel based on hyaluronic acid into the labia majora in order to create the necessary volume and increase the volume of the LPG.

Method description:

Instruments of choice were: 25G needle × 14mm and cannula 25G x 25mm.

1. The first inlet was located 2 cm above the posterior commissure for a cannula length of 25 mm along the border of the medial edge of the BPH. The cannula was inserted at an angle of 45 degrees and advanced slowly from top to bottom retrograde, the preparation was expelled retrograde fan-shaped.
2. The second inlet was below the first by the length of the cannula, the drug was administered in the same way.
3. The third inlet was located in the region of the posterior commissure. Several linear retrograde needle injections were also performed from this puncture.

Augmentation of the labia majora on the left was performed similarly.

1. Surgical Stage:

Position of the patient on the operating table – lithotomy. The drug was injected subcutaneously in a fan-like manner. Similarly, the manipulation was carried out on the opposite side. 1.5 ml of filler

YVOIRE Volume was used on one lip. At the end of the manipulation with massage movements, the preparations were distributed in the tissues.
