The Arthrex ACP® Double Syringe is another novelty presented at the International Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine 2015 in Monaco.
The main goal of this development is to provide a fast and safe preparation of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a small sample of patient's blood directly at the point of care.

The Arthrex ACP® Dual Syringe allows for the production of autologous Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP or ACP) without the use of synthetic separator materials, as PRP is separated from the rest of the blood components in a purely physical process.
The present system, which has been successfully used for many years, makes it possible to prepare PRP with a platelet concentration two or three times the usual concentration, as well as with a lower content of leukocytes and erythrocytes.
