Пластичность филлера ГК для лица залог успешной коррекции объемов

Hyaluronic fillers for the face have different functions, which depend on the density and composition of the drug. In order to correct the volumes of soft tissues of the face lost with age, dense substances are used. But these drugs usually have a high risk of contouring and other unpleasant side effects. According to estet-portal.com, the success of volumization depends on the degree of plasticity of the hyaluronic filler, which determines the naturalness and stability of the correction results. Hyaluronic filler BELOTERO® Volume has optimal plasticity and a strong volumizing effect, which is confirmed by a number of clinical studies.

Features of volumizing facial fillers

The cross-linking methods and manufacturing techniques used to produce hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers determine their biophysical properties and suitability for various treatments. To ensure effective volumization with natural results and excellent biointegration, the filler must have a balanced level of viscosity, elasticity and plasticity.

BELOTERO® Volume demonstrates exceptional plasticity, balanced with elasticity. This ensures soft modeling and ease of shaping during volumizing procedures.

Penetrating into the dermis, BELOTERO® Volume fills the slightest gaps between collagen and elastin fibers without violating the structural integrity of the dermal layer.

The thoughtful and balanced composition of BELOTERO® Volume has three key benefits: unsurpassed ductility to contour and create the desired relief with a natural result; strong volumizing effect for a guaranteed and predictable result; ease of distribution of the gel after injection.

BELOTERO® Volume from Merz Aesthetics can be used to correct lost soft tissue volumes in the cheek, chin, and temporal areas.

Clinical study of the properties of hyaluronic filler for the face

A group of scientists from Switzerland conducted a study to investigate and compare the effect of HA crosslinking technology on the tissue integration of various volumizing hyaluronic fillers after subcutaneous injection. BELOTERO® Volume was administered in a bolus of 0.25 ml using a 27G pointed needle. The injection site was massaged after the procedure. Ultrasound images were taken immediately after the injection, also measuring the degree of penetration of the needle, the length, the depth of the injection.

Ultrasound immediately after bolus injection (Fig. 1) showed BELOTERO®; Volume as a hypoechoic (dark) papule in the hypodermis with slight decrease in size after massage.

BELOTERO® Volume maintains tissue integrity after subcutaneous injection, shows high cohesiveness.

The results of this study indicate that different crosslinking technologies can affect the tissue distribution and morphology of HA-based fillers, with BELOTERO®; Volume has a high volumizing ability, plasticity and elasticity.

Thus, the ability of BELOTERO® Volume by Merz Aesthetics reshape and hold to achieve natural results and smooth transitions, providing soft modeling and shaping during volumizing procedures.
