What what are the important features of the threadlifting procedure

In 2010, I was trained in threadlifting, and that's when I fell in love with this technique. Threadlifting – this is face reinforcement, and this technique is called so from the word thread – thread, and lifting – facelift. But, unfortunately, many specialists who are engaged in threadlifting do not understand that this technique involves the introduction of a large number of mesothreads at once, and only then will it work. Neither one nor ten mesothreads in the dermis give the desired effect.

I have developed my own threadlifting techniques, which I teach to specialists at my master classes. My methods indicate that if the patient is young, and her first crow's feet are just beginning to appear, then it is necessary to reinforce her upper third of her face with at least thirty mesothreads. Accordingly, if a woman is older, we reinforce both the upper and middle thirds of the face. If patients have problems with the lower third – we reinforce the submental and mental zone, the neck and decollete zone. In my methods, I also developed reference points in the neck and décolleté. All this is necessary in order to perform well and beautifully the correction of age-related changes in a woman.

Tell us more about your threadlift training methods

My training takes place in two stages. At the first stage, I teach what mesothreads are, why it is necessary to reinforce the fabric, and what mesothreads do in the human dermis. At the second stage of training, I tell you how to put notched threads correctly. This is necessary because the smooth mesothreads that reinforced the fabric will not always support it correctly. And the installation of threads with notches provides the necessary efforts to maintain the fabrics. How exactly are such mesothreads introduced – I show in my master classes. I have been threadlifting since 2010 and all my routines work.

I am not ashamed either in front of my patients or in front of my students, as my methods show very good results.

Personally, in my practice, I have not seen negative results at all after using my methods for installing mesothreads.

In what cases can you refuse a threadlift to a patient

If a person is sick with autoimmune diseases, he has herpetic infections, inflammatory diseases, acne, tuberculosis – of course we refuse. Pregnancy is also a contraindication, but the literacy and professionalism of the doctor play an important role here. If my patient is pregnant, but she has already done threadlifting and asks for more threads to be delivered to those who are already standing – in certain cases, I can deliver.

Is it possible to carry out the threadlifting procedure for oncological diseases

Mesothreads are not a contraindication for oncopathology if the disease is in remission. If this disease is diagnosed for the first time, and the patient has been treated and wants to look good and live on – Of course, he can put mesothreads. We always consult with oncologists, but quite a lot of such patients come to me, and I help them.

Which other specialists can you consult before threadlifting

Definitely with plastic surgeons. If a patient, for example, has a prolapse of the upper   or lower eyelid, a hernia of the lower eyelid, and he wants to look good, and threadlifting cannot solve these issues – I send him for a consultation with a plastic surgeon. We can only camouflage the lower eyelid, but we will not remove the hernial sac. And if you put mesothreads – then you will have to wait for some time, and all the same, the plastic surgeon will not be able to perform a good operation on already standing mesothreads. It turns out that we will worsen his work. In your opinion, how important is it for a specialist in aesthetic medicine to learn new things

I believe that competent doctors learn all their lives. Medicine – this science is not exact. Now a lot of protocols have changed.

I believe that aesthetic medicine should be a priority for doctors who have a higher medical education, graduated from the medical faculty and their specialty is dermatology.

Beauty is the health of the nation. A person should look great, but great – First of all, it's beautiful.
