3 простых упражнения йоги: заряд бодрости на целый день

Keeping a charge of vivacity during the day is not such a difficult task if you properly use the resources of your body. To restore the energy potential of yoga, they offer to perform simple breathing and physical exercises that anyone can do.

You should start with breathing. Those who do this correctly are distinguished by excellent health and a balanced nervous system, which is not surprising. The process of breathing affects the work of three important systems: respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous. Therefore, it is so important to start the day with cleansing practices. 

Start your day well: engage your diaphragm and connect your intercostals 

Cleansing practices. The main respiratory muscle the diaphragm of yoga is called the second heart.

How to use? While inhaling, relax your stomach, and at the end of the exhalation, pull it up to its normal position.

What gives? When we relax the belly while inhaling, the diaphragm moves down and allows the lower lungs to fill with oxygen. And when we tighten the stomach, finishing the exhalation, the diaphragm rises and pushes the toxins out along with the recycled air.

  • If you breathe shallowly, then toxins accumulate in the lower parts of the lungs. Therefore, it is important to take several breaths in and out, using the diaphragm.

The intercostal muscles must also work fully. They spread the ribs to the sides when inhaling (filling the lungs with air) and move them during exhalation.

How to use? Combine the work of all respiratory muscles. While inhaling, relax your stomach, and then expand the ribs, mentally raising the energy from the base of the spine to the head. As you exhale, lower your ribs and then pull your stomach in, mentally imagining how a bright stream of energy flows from the crown of your head and flows down the body in a warm shower.

  • Please note: the spine should be extended.

What gives? If you feel low, do this exercise for 10 minutes   immediately feel how the energy potential will increase. 

Hands up!  Energize your body 

Asanas for correct posture. Incorrect position of the spine and internal organs blocks energy, it cannot move freely in the body.  To avoid this, do the following exercises throughout the day.

  • Stand beside a chair, place your hands on the back of the chair, and stretch at a 90-degree angle. Having straightened up, make circular movements of the neck, stretching the shoulder blades, turning the spine to the right and left, lift the legs up for a while.
  • Raise your legs up on a chair or table more often. This will prevent liquid from accumulating

in the lower extremities. It is good to sit cross-legged.

  • As you inhale, raise your hands up, and as you exhale — lower. This is how you energize your body. Repeat the exercise several times.

 The right attitude: make the dream come true 

Meditations against stress. Negative emotions lead to stress and depression. The following exercise will help to reset the negative.

 Close your eyes and focus your attention on the destructive emotion. Take a deep breath and hold your breath for a while, trying to gather this emotion into an energy clot. Then sharply and loudly exhale through your mouth all the accumulated negativity. Breathe freely for a while. Do this until your brain is free of the negative load.

  • Didn't work? Then a radical exercise: scream into your pillow!

Every person should have their own secret space where no one will disturb them. Such an ideal place exists in the mental realm, so do an exercise to help you tune in. 

  • Close your eyes, imagine your place of harmony and peace. Imagine that you are sitting on the ocean and watching the waves play. Or the endless desert. Or a beautiful garden full of fragrant flowers. Understand that at any time you can visit your beautiful place and relax. After all, your brain does not distinguish reality from the created illusion. And you can always instantly be anywhere in your imagination.

Relaxation session. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, relax face muscles and jaw, breathe freely. Imagine a burning candle, a vast desert, a pyramid, pouring rain, mountains, a full moon, a vast ocean… Without opening your eyes, remember your desired dream. Concentrate on your desire for a few seconds, after which mentally firmly tell yourself that your dream will come true.
