Acute bronchitis — one of the most severe infectious diseases that can lead to pneumonia. It usually results in a cold or flu virus when the immune system is weakened and the lungs are irritated. Accordingly, in the treatment of acute bronchitis, these two features should be taken into account and everything should be done to strengthen the immune system and calm the lungs. And do not rush to raid the pharmacy. There are many effective ways that will alleviate this situation without a single pill. 

Rules for the treatment of bronchitis: strengthen immunity and alleviate sore throat

Method number 1. Rest. Acute bronchitis causes severe weakness, especially in the first days after infection, when the chest feels heavy and it is difficult to breathe.

  • Listen to your body. Avoid going to work or school.
    Avoid strenuous exercise or sports that cause heavy breathing.

Method #2: Drink plenty of warm liquids. It is important to keep your body hydrated as it fights infection. And for this you need to drink a lot of warm liquid. It will soothe a sore throat and remove phlegm from the bronchi.
