When you get your feet wet, you risk not only going to bed with a cold for a week, but also becoming a hostage to such a formidable disease as, for example, cystitis. Therefore, it is so important to know what threatens carelessness to walk through puddles, and what should be done so that such a walk does not affect health.

Knocked down: rubber boots and viral infections

Respiratory infections. The truth that infectious diseases start with wet feet is true for people with weak immune systems. All they have to do is get their feet wet, — and the onset of a cold or flu is imminent.

Fungal diseases. They lie in wait for lovers of rubber boots. Wearing such Ekko shoes in the off-season is worthy of all respect. Simple and effective ways will help to prevent the appearance of inflammatory processes during hypothermia  
Method #1. Change shoes. Get into the habit of changing your shoes indoors in the winter. First, it will dry wet shoes. And secondly, it will be a good prevention of fungal infections.

Method number 2. Foot massage. When you get home and take off your wet shoes, try to massage your feet. It will help restore circulation. And the warming ointments or essential oils used at the same time will help to warm up.
Method #3. Bath. A bath will help wet feet. You can make not only a foot bath, but also for the whole body. This will allow you to warm up faster and not get sick.
