How to sunbathe: golden rules

  1. Use sunscreens with higher filters (20 or 30). Never leave your skin on your face without a special cream when you go to the beach. Choose quality products that will actually protect your skin from negative UV rays.
  2. Before going out in the sun, apply sunscreen and allow it to absorb. Only 20 minutes after application, you can go out into the sun for sunbathing.
  3. When tanning, protect delicate areas of the skin: nose, shoulders, chest, knees. Apply strong sun protection.
  4. Choose only waterproof tanning products or sun protection products. Lubricate the skin with cream or oil after each bath.
