A study was conducted at the University of North Carolina, during which scientists determined the healthiest breakfast for men.

They said that the best breakfast for a man is scrambled eggs. Consumed pure protein in the morning clean allows the stronger sex to reduce the amount eaten throughout the day by 400 kcal. Moreover, scrambled eggs, in which bacon or vegetables were added, will reduce this figure by another 300 kcal. The opinion of colleagues was confirmed by scientists from the University of London, who also consider scrambled eggs to be the best male breakfast. However, they offer another equally nutritious option. Muesli filled with yogurt or milk is ideal for those on a diet.
