The desire to start every morning with a gymnastic complex of simple exercises ends in failure. It is difficult to explain why this happens, because morning exercises (or daily ones) do not at all require huge expenses. For gymnastics, the body gives advances to beginners

But they can catch up later, for example, a couple of months after the start, or even six months later. There is nothing surprising. In most cases, we do exercises not at all for our own pleasure, but for the sake of a banal desire to improve our figure. When a quick result does not come, then we are disappointed.

Common reasons why people stop exercising:

  • no results;
  • inability to do one thing for a long time;
  • lack of motivation and need for group activities.

Everything is clear here. The reluctance to work out on your own at home or, on the contrary, to get to the fitness center crosses out all good intentions. But there is another reason that should be considered in detail. This is rollbacks.
What is rollback? At the first stage of training, the body gives a certain advance: there is a surge of strength, and with it a feeling of cheerfulness, mood improves. But after this, apathy invariably sets in, which is often accompanied by depression.  
There are rollbacks:

  • emotional, accompanied by mood swings;
  • physical, with exacerbations of diseases characteristic of them;
  • vital, caused by various circumstances (moving, changing jobs, financial difficulties, etc.).

Obviously, problems like this are a big reason to quit. But even in such cases, you should be well aware of why you are doing this and for what. After all, after a year of training, you can get a well-deserved reward in the form of confidence, which will help not only in achieving sports success.

Give up hard exercises, not all gymnastics

A question arises. What about those who, having encountered difficulties in the early stages, do not intend to retreat at all?

Recommendations for those who are ready to continue doing gymnastics:

  • don't quit;
  • reduce load;
  • try to understand what is bothering you and sort out the situation;
  • don't berate yourself for the breaks.

Stops along the way are completely natural. In the same way, pauses in classes are inevitable when the feeling of your body comes and the realization of what it really needs.
Another thing is that one should distinguish laziness from the rest necessary for the body.
