You will have to work with the first point on your own, and estet-portal.com will help with the second.

Sarvangasana for rejuvenation of the body in terms of yoga

The rejuvenating effect of Sarvangasana from a yoga point of view is due to the fact that the Soma Chakra, located in the upper part of the forehead, is the source of "lunar nectar", which flows into the solar plexus area. This nectar is considered to be the very source of youth and health, which is "burned" in the fiery chakra, causing the person to age.

To slow down this process, i.e. preventing the burning of the nectar of youth, it is recommended to take an inverted position. As a result, the nectar flows towards the head and contributes to the rejuvenation of the body.

Performing sarvangasana – simple rules and warnings

  1. Lie down on a rug or blanket spread on the floor. The body must lie flat – head and spine should be in line. Straighten your legs and place your arms along your body. Relax and clear your mind.
  2. Keeping your legs together and tensing your abdominal muscles, slowly raise your legs to a 90-degree angle to the floor.
  3. Now slowly lift your lower and middle back off the floor, shifting your body weight onto your shoulders and upper back, resting your hands on the floor.
  4. After completing the previous paragraph, the legs and back should be in a vertical position, the neck – on the floor.
  5. Place your hands on your back with your elbows shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight.
  6. Now, as you support your back with your hands, rest your chin on your hip socket, pull your legs up towards the ceiling. The muscles of the neck should tighten, but pain should not occur if performed correctly. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds.
