If during your winter vacation you decide to storm the ski slopes of the Alps or the Carpathians, we strongly recommend that you prepare your body for the upcoming serious loads before that. Remember that most injuries happen on the first day or two of rest or on the last day of vacation.

If you have not started preparing in advance, that is, three months in advance – this period is recommended by instructors and professionals – to actively attend the gym and love the treadmill, then in the remaining month in no case do you need to exhaust yourself with loads and move to live on simulators. From a sharp jump in loads, you can get injured with a much greater likelihood. It is better to start each day with exercises, paying special attention to exercises aimed at strengthening the legs, such as squats or leg swings, light stretches, and coordination exercises. Jumping rope will also help.

If possible, it is still worth visiting the gym to pay attention to exercise bikes, orbitreks and exercises with dumbbells. A one-hour workout 3-4 times a week will be enough to significantly reduce the risk of injury and not spoil the beginning of the rest with aching krepatura.

Vitamins. Increase your intake of B vitamins, and especially B1, B5 and B6, they will help you fight fatigue before rest. They are found in the liver, egg yolk and cereals (especially in brown rice), as well as in wholemeal bread.

Depilation. Rather than bringing shaving accessories with you and worrying about the appearance of all the necessary areas, it is easier to depilate the legs, armpits and bikini area before the trip, if necessary. Firstly, this type of hair removal is enough for up to several weeks, if you have not tried depilation before. And secondly, it is not necessary to go to the master for this, you can buy everything you need in the store, after asking the sales assistant in detail. There are many types of depilation, among them you will definitely find something for yourself.

Diet. It is not a question of a rigid diet that will help to remove extra pounds before rest, but of facilitating the diet. In the week or two before the rest, reduce the amount of meat in the diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, pay attention to salads, then your metabolism will quickly adapt to the changing environment.

No stress. If right before your vacation you had an emergency at work and your nerves were on edge, take a soothing herbal tincture before going to bed, this will help you to have a more complete rest and recuperate before your vacation, so as not to leave torn to the sea and the sun.
