Food vibrations as an indicator of health

— Tatyana Nikolaevna, what, besides saturation, does food give us?

— First of all, food — this is information that can be completely different depending on the food. Through them, we receive information that affects our subconscious and further affects our behavior and life in general. And in order for it to be blissful, to influence thoughts positively, and not destructively, it is best to stick to the Vedic cuisine, one of the healthiest for a modern person.

As you know, there are two ways to get information. The first is when, while taking it, you experience anxiety, because due to a large excess you cannot structure correctly. And the second is when you accept it confidentially.

Acceptance on trust — This is an indicator of the Yin way. But when we strongly desire something, become active, then we follow the Yang path. That is why, when we strive to structure information into a single semantic concept within food, eating disorders and stomach pains are the result of misperceived information. We cannot bring it to its main goal. And the purpose of nutrition — fill the body with resources for further growth. And the latter is possible only with the help of information, receiving which through food, we thereby change our vibrational level. This is very important, because it is vibration that is an indicator of health.

— It turns out that products can carry both positive and negative energy. How can this be determined?

— According to Vedic culture, negatively charged foods are those that grow underground. These are, first of all, our favorite onions and potatoes, which are not welcome in a healthy kitchen. All products that have grown above the ground and have absorbed the energy of the sun have a positive charge. It is no coincidence that, eating them, a person is saturated with the energy of goodness and joy.

— But after all, negatively charged foods are often on the plate nearby, for example, the same potatoes with onions. Is it possible to extinguish their energy with positive energy?

— As soon as we begin to extinguish one energy with another, their layering occurs. And the energy that came first, if it did not get out in time, will not be extinguished. Whatever you eat will no longer bring you a state of goodness. At the same time, the negative energy that you fed yourself with can be directed in the right direction. Therefore, it is much more important to be in harmony with your thoughts than to try to put the right foods on your plate.

— It turns out that not only root crops, but also meat carries a negative charge?

— Meat gives vibration of aggression and anger. And, as you know, we are what we eat. And, eating a light product, accordingly, we feel lightness in relations with others. Giving preference to heavy products, we contribute to the appearance of internal tension, which results in aggression.

Bread contains the energy of the elements, and salt — emotionality

— Many women deny themselves bread, believing that it does not reflect well on the figure…

— And absolutely in vain! Bread contains the maximum amount of information about earthly life. And, by the way, it is one of the few products that contains the energies of all the elements in harmony.

— The companion of bread, as a rule, is salt. What can you say about the "white death" — salt and sugar?

— Salt and sugar — these are the substances that emotionally color our food. But in the form in which we accept them, they are not needed. Glucose is found in fruits, which are also rich in solar energy. Salt crystals are designed to "turn on" our crystalline memory associated with the emergence of life on Earth. You can do without sugar, but salt structures and grounds us, being a product of the earth.

— …stimulants, activating and toning. We cheer ourselves up when the energy is gone. More precisely, it does not disappear anywhere, but only transforms. Therefore, it is so important to determine: where did the energy flow? If you suppressed it in your subconscious, then you sent it into the disease. Or, unable to contain the boundaries of their own "I", they became an energy donor for everyone.

We brew a cup of coffee when we need to stimulate our internal energy, bring it out in order to become active in society. If, on the contrary, we are inclined to self-contemplation, then in this case we brew herbal teas. Moreover, green tea stimulates much more than black.
