  • soak a face towel in a pre-prepared herbal decoction;

Saline solution can be used instead of herbal decoction.

Another excellent remedy for sagging cheeks is honey massage. For its implementation, it is necessary to apply liquid honey on the fingers and, having applied them to the cheeks, begin to rub into the skin. When honey is absorbed, you can perform pinching movements, they will help increase blood flow to this area. After the end of the procedure, the honey should be washed off, and a moisturizing cream should be applied to the face.


Since important muscles are concentrated in the cheek area — buccal, chewing, large and small zygomatic muscles and muscle of laughter, — then the massage of this area should be performed in a certain sequence: stroking (flat, circular, with skin displacement), kneading, tapping, vibration. 

Exercises for the cheeks instead of a circular facelift

  • Draw air into the cheeks and let it out intermittently through pursed lips.
  • Put your palms on your face so that they cover your lips, and your fingers are on your cheeks. Resisting your fingers, try to smile, then relax.

Such  simple exercises will help prevent sagging cheeks and at the same time improve the condition of the lips. Their contour will become clearer, and they themselves will acquire a childish swelling. What is especially nice: to perform them, you do not need a specific place or time at all. You can do it without looking up from the monitor. The main thing to remember is that it doesn’t take much to prolong youth.

    Хорошая статья, есть хорошие советы. Я бы добавила, упражнения надо делать аккуратно,особенно тем у кого бывает высокое давление или перепады давления. На 'голое' лицо, т.е. без крема или косметического масла, делать упражнения нельзя! Иначе будет вред, а не польза. И еще, все таки лучше делать весь комплекс гимнастики для лица,т.к. мышцы лица между собой переплетены и взаимосвязаны. Делаю гимнастику для лица и результаты очень хорошие, подтверждает моя история фото До и После.

    Массаж лица нужен и помогает только в плане лимфожренажа, согласна с улучшением кровотока, но от обвислых щек не помогает. Правильно - гравитационное старение. Решение для обвислых щек - мезонити, а все маски и тд отвечают за состояние кожи, а не мышц
