Extra pounds – not always just the result of our largely sedentary lifestyle. The reason for the accumulation of body fat can also be a slow metabolism. The exercises suggested below effectively eliminate the sagging belly and extra pounds that have accumulated around your waist. Exercise one

Exercise Four
In a sitting position with a straight back, stretch your legs forward. First, bend the left leg at the knee, turn around and fix it from the outer surface of the knee with the elbow of the right hand. You should turn to the left as slowly as possible, without making sharp jerks, up to the possible limit. Stay in the fixed position for at least half a minute.
Perform a similar twist with the right knee.
Exercise five
From a standing position with a flat back, place your feet shoulder-width apart. Then extend straight arms above your head. Now slowly sit down, as if you would like to sit on a stool, but at the same time linger in the air. Fix your body in this position for at least a minute, breathe freely, slowly. Shoulders should be straight.
Exercise six
From a standing position, lunge with your left foot while keeping your right foot straight. Take your straight arms behind your back, and tilt your back slightly back. Fix your body in this position for about half a minute, and then repeat the lunge with your right leg.
The exercise should be done at least five times for each leg. Breathe slowly, keep your balance.
