Целебный источник: чистая вода — лучшее лекарство для организма

The constant reminder of doctors about the need to drink two or three liters of pure water every day, it seemed that everyone had learned everything by heart. But the implementation of this lesson is accompanied by constant mistakes: someone prefers to drink only lightly carbonated water, someone — boiled, and someone does not see much difference between it and other drinks at all. But the state of health directly depends on the fluid consumed, explains a well-known nutritionist, author of the book "Fool Your Weight!" Rimma Vasilievna MOISENKO and offers to sort everything out.

Pure water flushes out fat cells

Raw natural water is unique in its properties. It is quickly absorbed and absorbed by the body, easily penetrating into the intercellular space.

  • Pure water flushes out toxins and fat cells, thus cleansing the body. Therefore, during the period of weight loss, instead of any drinks, you should drink only it.

Boiled water. When boiling, the structure of water changes, the compounds of molecules become more massive, and the penetrating and cleansing ability of such water decreases.

  • Boiled water increases appetite and stimulates the processes of putrefactive fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract.

It is best to drink raw water at room temperature or heat it up to 23°C.

Mineral (sparkling) water is used as healing — more often as prescribed by a doctor and in compliance with the rules of admission. You can't use it all the time.

  • Soda increases the acidity of water and stimulates the digestive tract, thereby increasing appetite.

4 basic rules for drinking clean water

Rule #1: Calculate the quantity. At the stage of losing weight or maintaining weight, drink raw water during the day at the rate of 30 ml of water per 1 kg of weight. At the same time, reduce your intake of foods containing water.
Rule #2: Take it step by step. Accustom yourself to drinking water gradually. Drink 1 liter of water first. Then increase it to 2 liters and finally to the required amount (based on 30 ml of water per 1 kg of weight).

Rule #3: Drink water evenly over the same amount of time to stay hydrated and prevent swelling.
Rule #4: Keep a balance. If you suffer from a chronic disease that is aggravated by increased water intake, then reduce the consumption of foods containing water. And gradually increase the amount of natural water, but so that it does not exceed 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day.

High-calorie drink — instead of eating

Non-calorie drinks — various decoctions and infusions of herbs, as well as all kinds of teas — tasty and healthy. They perfectly quench thirst, give a lot of strength, thanks to the vitamins, macro- and microelements they contain. However, when cooked in very hot or boiled water, they lose their cleansing function.

Many of them also contain tannins, which retain fluid in the body.

  • To reduce the concentration of tannins, prepare unsaturated drinks: weak broths, weakly brewed teas.
  • To improve the taste and aroma of tea, you can add mint, currant, raspberry leaves; dried flowers of chamomile, calendula, cornflower, linden.

Caloric drinks are food, not liquid. After all, they perform the main food function — supply the body with energy!

Sour-milk drinks, fruit drinks and compotes, kissels, tea with honey — it's all food. Such drinks should be considered as separate food products and included in the daily diet.
An excellent option for an afternoon snack can be  a glass of milk,  hot tea with unsweetened crackers,  dried fruit compote or jelly with croutons.
