In the fight against aging, people have learned to use a variety of methods and substances. However, the problem of most methods of rejuvenation continues to be side effects and rejection of foreign substances and objects by the body. Therefore, in search of new methods of rejuvenation, experts turned their attention to the human body's own reserves. Thus was born the idea of using patients' autologous stem cells to maximize youthfulness with minimal side effects and risks. So, stem cell rejuvenation – what is it?

The topic of stem cell rejuvenation has long been discussed in the press and scientific circles, until today, scientists have not come to a consensus on this issue. In fact, the use of foreign stem cells for the purpose of rejuvenation has not infrequently led to allergic reactions and rejection reactions in the past. Is it possible to avoid most of the risks of rejuvenation with stem cells? The answer to this question was the presentation of the TICEBA company on the Cellesthic method, which attracted the attention of a large number of cosmetologists at the 2nd AMWC World Congress.

TICEBA has introduced Cellesthic – a fundamentally different patented technology for isolating and multiplying its own autogenous stem cells and fibroblasts, thanks to which aging skin is restored.

In young skin, there are a lot of autogenous stem cells and fibroblasts. With age, their number decreases, and the skin loses its taut and elastic appearance. TICEBA scientists propose to preserve patients' own cell material using cryogenic technology, so that the cells can be used even after 20 years.

The Cellesthic method takes a small amount of skin cells from the patient, from which stem cells and fibroblasts are selected. Material sampling is carried out on an outpatient basis. Most often, a biopsy is performed in an inconspicuous place, behind the ear.

In the next step, the skin cells are processed and cultured. As a result, one's own (autogenous) stem cells are "grown". The growth period is 3-4 months. Further, the material can be used or transferred for storage to cryobanks, the technologies of which have made it possible to store the cellular material for as long as desired.

Injection procedure of rejuvenation with stem cells is carried out in the most prone to external signs of aging areas: face, neck, décolleté, hands. The subsequent procedure is repeated after 2-3 months. Patients will be able to see a visible result after the second series of injections. The method of rejuvenation with autogenous stem cells can be used in combination with all cosmetic procedures. The effect of the procedure, according to the manufacturers, will last from 3 to 5 years.
