Scientists at Yale University have developed the world's first artificial antibodies that can replace the antibodies of the immune system. The developers claim that soon their development can be used in the treatment of cancer and HIV.

The essence of the development is that these artificial antibodies can be put into tablets and given to people to strengthen immunity. Synthetic substances contained in these antibodies are able to attack pathogenic bacteria and enhance the response of the body's immune system.

The principle of their work fully reproduces the work of immune antibodies that destroy bacteria in the bloodstream and increase the efficiency of leukocytes.

The scientists also said that their artificial analogues of immune antibodies can be safely stored even at room temperature. These antibodies can already be used in the treatment of prostate cancer.

At the same time, they noted that nothing prevents the use of the same synthetic substances for the development of antibodies capable of overcoming other types of cancer, bacterial infections, including HIV.
