The problem of illegal products intended for use in the field of aesthetic medicine is extremely relevant. It alarms both manufacturers and official distributors, as well as doctors, and, of course, patients!

Court decision: real punishment for the sale and sale of a counterfeit drug
As it became known, two citizens (mother and daughter) for several years on the territory of Ukraine were engaged in illegal storage, shipment and distribution (sale) of falsified cosmetic drugs - botulinum toxin.
In order to sell counterfeit drugs and attract an audience, they created accounts on the social networks "Vkontakte" and «www.olx.ua».
An undercover investigative (detective) action was carried out, during which a test purchase of counterfeit products from suspects was made. During the operation, the received counterfeit medicines were transferred to the SBU as material evidence.

The Darnitsky District Court of Kyiv has announced the final decision on a criminal case involving the illegal sale of medical cosmetic products. As it became known, the defendants fully repented and pleaded guilty.

Court verdict: "GUILTY of acquiring, distributing, storage for the purpose of selling deliberately counterfeit drugs..." For committing the illegal sale of counterfeit drugs, received a real term duration of three years without the right travel abroad.
