Как сделать процедуру липофилинга лица максимально эффективной

Lipofilling – it is one of the most popular modern aesthetic procedures. It is highly effective, and most importantly, it is absolutely safe.

However, the main problem with this technique is that adipose tissue is quickly absorbed. As a result, doctors have to take a large amount of fat, which does not always favorably affect the patient.

Plastic surgeon, author of the Goisis System Lipofilling method, director of the Doctor's Equipe clinic network Mario Goisis told estet-portal.com readers about his own facial lipofilling technique, which minimizes fat intake and is much more effective than classical technique.

What is the difference between your facial lipofilling technique and the classical one

M.G.: To carry out my own method of lipofilling, we use microfat and nanofat. Microfat acts as a filler, the main task of which is volumization, and nanofat is necessary for powerful biorevitalization of the skin.

Every time we inject fat, we also inject stem cells. Micro- and nano-fat, which we obtain thanks to our unique closed system, contains an extremely large number of stem cells. This allows us to use them without any additional manipulations.

In Europe, the use of stem cells is very strictly regulated, so our lipofilling technique makes it possible to preserve this invaluable biological material and use it for the benefit of the patient, being completely confident in its safety.

Of course, we use a new system for filtering and selecting cells, however, we do not extract them artificially, we do not use any chemicals, and we do not culture them in the laboratory. The stem cells come directly from the fat that we inject during lipofilling.

Please share the specifics of adipose tissue sampling for lipofilling

MG: Fat harvesting must be fast because time is of the essence for us and for the patient. Secondly, it should be limited to the volume we need. We must not take too much fat. But, unfortunately, during classical lipofilling, we lose fat at the stage of sampling, passing through the system, and during filtration.

Many of my colleagues complain that their patients experience pain and discomfort at the site of adipose tissue sampling. And this is not surprising, because for the correction of the entire face, neck and decollete, I need only one syringe of fat, while they need 20 of them. That's why the result is so different.

Moreover, many of my patients are models who have a very limited amount of adipose tissue. But for me this is not a hindrance, since I do not lose fat in the system, and therefore a small amount of it is enough for me to perform lipofilling.

Is it possible to perform facial lipofilling in patients with diabetes

M.G.: We perform lipofilling in patients with diabetes, however, it is important to understand that the survival rate of the graft will be significantly lower. Moreover, numerous procedures have been described for the use of fat and stem cells for the treatment of diabetic foot. And these methods really work, because stem cells have a fairly high efficiency.

Adipose tissue is safe to use with respect to the risk of infection.

If we compare fat with fillers, then our body perceives the dermal filler as an otherworldly body, and when an infection occurs, it is very difficult to eliminate it. As for fat, it is a natural tissue with stem cells, and therefore it is certainly safer.

Of course, in the presence of such a severe pathology, first of all, it is necessary to start from the patient's condition, because we cannot treat a person with decompensated diabetes. First of all, we are doctors, so our task is to assess the patient's condition, and only then choose the most suitable treatment methods for him.
