I am pleasantly surprised by the huge number of doctors present in the hall. I would also like to note the excellent organization of this event. Please tell us about the main directions of development of Teoxane in 2017.
In answer to this question, I would like to point out how Teoxane differs from its competitors. Teoxane – is a private company that develops products exclusively based on hyaluronic acid. A large research and development department of the company is developing new trend fillers that provide natural results. Patients do not decide on injection rejuvenation for two main reasons: they are afraid of pain and worry that the result will not meet their expectations. It is for this category of patients who have never resorted to injectable rejuvenation methods that Teoxane focuses on in the development of its products. What can you say about the problem of the "black market for fillers"?
All Teoxane products are manufactured in Geneva according to registered manufacturing practices. The products of our company are officially registered in many countries of the world, and we guarantee their safety. Each product sold by us has a code that allows you to track where and to whom it was sent. This is the only way we can guarantee the safety of our products. It is very important to explain to doctors and patients that products of unknown origin should not be used. In many countries, especially in Eastern Europe, there are black markets for fillers. By purchasing a product illegally via the Internet, the doctor risks the health and safety of the patient, as well as his reputation, because in this case it is not known under what conditions the product was transported, for how long it was in the warehouse, whether the storage conditions of the product met the established requirements. Although the black market is cheaper (which is why it exists), it is important to educate patients and doctors about the importance of legally purchasing products from authorized distributors. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the safety of the product and are not responsible for any side effects or complications.
Does Teoxane have any dedicated sales network?
Yes, of course. Teoxane has exclusive distributors in every country, in Ukraine it is the corporation "Academy of Scientific Beauty"; (ANC). If physicians purchase the product from any other company, we cannot provide any guarantees regarding its safety. Moreover, only a doctor can purchase Teoxeane products in Ukraine. Of course, in order to use fillers as efficiently and safely as possible, it is desirable to undergo special training. That is why we regularly hold various scientific and practical conferences: knowledge of anatomy and drug administration techniques is an important factor that plays a role not only in achieving the best results, but also in ensuring patient safety.
