Polynucleotides in cosmetology: rejuvenation at the DNA level

Modern anti-aging techniques used in cosmetology successfully compete with plastic surgery methods. What could be better for a woman than a pronounced effect of rejuvenation without the need to go under the surgeon's knife. One of the newest scientific developments in the field of anti-aging cosmetology are preparations based on polynucleotides that promote tissue renewal at the DNA level. Today on estet-portal.com read in detail about how polynucleotide-based preparations work and what results can be achieved with their help.

Polynucleotide-based products for skin rejuvenation

Products based on polynucleotides or PDRN – these are "prodrugs" that supply the cells with the necessary amount of mitogenic deoxyribonucleotides, deoxyribonucleosides, as well as nitrogenous bases.

By its structure, the PDRN – these are fragments of low molecular weight DNA that do not cause genetic transformation and are absolutely safe for the human body.

The pronounced effectiveness of PRNC is associated with their ability to replace "broken" nitrogenous bases that bind DNA. Thus, preparations based on polynucleotides do not stimulate the work of old functional structures in the skin, but remove damaged areas of cells, promote their restoration and provoke the growth of young functional structures.

Polynucleotides:

  • main effects of drugs based on polynucleotides;
  • fish milt – raw materials for preparations based on polynucleotides;
  • rejuvenation with polynucleotide-based preparations.

Main effects of drugs based on polynucleotides

Preparations based on polynucleotides provide a pronounced result  rejuvenation due to the many effects they have on the skin:

  • stimulate the processes of reparation and regeneration;
  • enhance metabolic processes in cells;
  • increase production of fibroblasts of collagen, elastin and non-collagen molecules;
  • provide optimal skin hydration;
  • Protect the skin from UVA and UVB rays;
  • adsorb and neutralize free radicals;
  • reduce the level of the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-a;
  • accelerate the processes of scarring and re-epithelialization of the skin.

Fish milt – raw materials for preparations based on polynucleotides

PDRN or preparations based on polynucleotides – This is the latest development in the field of aesthetic medicine. To obtain them, organic raw materials are used – salmon milk. Such a choice of raw materials is very reasonable, because the DNA of salmon milt and the DNA of human leukocytes are very close, which is why PDRN have a great effect on the human body. Milk is rich in nucleic acids and protamine proteins, which have been successfully used in medicine for hundreds of years. Preparations based on polynucleotides extracted from salmon fish milk do not cause allergic reactions and other serious side effects, therefore they are absolutely safe for humans.

Rejuvenation with polynucleotide preparations

Today, cosmetology uses drugs based on polynucleotides containing a high concentration of the active active ingredient and intended for intradermal administration. Thanks to the use of these unique preparations, the patient receives a pronounced effect of skin rejuvenation: it is deeply moisturized and tightened, damaged tissues are restored, the skin relief is leveled, signs of aging are eliminated for a long period.

Preparations based on polynucleotides are also used for the prevention of age-related changes.

Skin renewal at the DNA level and pronounced rejuvenation – this is what the patient receives after the use of drugs based on polynucleotides. Estet-portal.com thanks you for your attention. Read on the site in the section "Cosmetology" about the most interesting novelties of the beauty market.
