Patient Lyudmila Ivanovna, 64 years old, turned to a cosmetologist with complaints of a changed face oval, flabbiness and atony of the skin, pronounced wrinkles in the forehead, lips and eyes.
Taking into account the collected anamnesis, assessment of the skin condition and the wishes of the patient, the following treatment protocol was chosen using Mesoestetic (Spain, Barcelona) and ZFill (Germany), which we You will consider in this article.
15 days before the first salon procedure, the patient was recommended to apply a cream with 8% glycolic acid Glycorepair from Mesoestetic at night as a pre-peeling preparation. During the day it was recommended to apply a moisturizing sunscreen Moisturizing sun protection 50+ by Mesoestetic.
After 15 days, the patient in the salon underwent Milk peeling 30%, the exposure time of which was 3 minutes on the entire face and 1.5 minutes on the lower eyelids. Immediately after removing the Anti-stress face mask, an anesthetic was applied to the face for 30 minutes before the introduction of a cocktail for the treatment of photoaging (с.prof 211 Photoaging solution from Mesoestetic). A ready-made cocktail in a volume of 5 ml is designed for 2 procedures and consists of hyaluronic acid, idebenone, taurine and vitamin C.
The protocol described above was repeated 6 times at 14 day intervals. The exposure time of 30% Milk Peel increased by 1.5 minutes with each treatment. On the area of the lower eyelid, the exposure time for the second procedure was increased to 2 minutes and remained the same in subsequent peeling sessions.
14 days after the last application of the Milk Peel and the last administration of the mesotherapeutic cocktail against photoaging, a combined peel Piruvex peel consisting of Pyruvic acid 40% and Lactic acid 10% was applied in the specialist's office. This peeling was recommended to the patient to give the skin a pronounced tone and to model the oval of the face. Peeling was applied for 2 minutes.

This ampoule preparation was created to replenish the skin's hydroreserve, improve tone, regenerate and nourish. The composition of anti-aging ampoules includes plant tensor, collagen, elastin, vitamin C and mimosa extract.
For a pronounced correction of the face oval, reduction of the depth of the nasolabial fold and crow's feet, peeling Mesopeel bionic age recovery was applied locally for 3 minutes. The peculiarity of this peeling is that it is applied with a napkin, and the greater the force of mechanical action on the skin, the deeper the penetration of the peeling. This peel consists of pyruvic acid 20%, glycolic acid 24%, lactobionic acid 4.8% and shikimic acid 4.8%.
10 days after the medium-lamellar pigmented peeling subsided, the patient in the salon was injected with a cocktail for skin biorevitalization from the line Mesohyal from Mesoestetic. The preparations were administered intradermally according to the following scheme:
- Hyaluronic acid (15 mg/ml) from the Mesohyal line was injected into the forehead and orbital area.
- DMAE and Organic silicon 1% were added to Hyaluronic acid (15 mg/ml) to strengthen and tighten the skin in the lower third of the face. Note that DMAE and Organic Silicon were selected from the same line Mesohyal.
After 14 days, the same drugs were administered according to a similar scheme.
For lifting, toning, moisturizing and skin regeneration, the patient was asked to use products from the Radiance DNA line from Mesoestetic at home.
After 10 days after the last salon procedure, ZFill (Germany) fillers were introduced in the doctor's office according to the following scheme:
- To correct the cheekbones, the filler ZFill Deep (23 mg/ml) was injected periosteally subdermally, 1 ml per area.
- Bio-reinforcement of the middle and lower thirds of the face ("vector" lifting) was performed with ZFill Contour filler (23 mg/ml), 1 ml for each area.
At the moment, the patient Elena Viktorovna continues to apply products from the Radiance DNA line from Mesoestetic at home.
