For the first time in Ukraine: a grandiose program within the framework of ISAPS

For the first time in Ukraine on May 19 at the InterContinental Hotel the first day of the ISAPS Congress took place in Kyiv. The Congress was organized by the All-Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, as well as the National Secretary of the International Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons ISAPS Pavel Andreevich Denishchuk. The main goal of the congress is to educate and maintain high standards for plastic surgeons who are members of ISAPS. The program of the congress includes lectures and reports by the world's leading experts in the field of plastic surgery, video demonstrations of surgical interventions, as well as a round table on the topic "Safety and complications of plastic surgery".

World Leading Experts at ISAPS

On May 19, ISAPS National Secretary Pavel Denyshchuk welcomed all participants of the event and  introduced the speakers of the congress.

On the first day of the congress, all participants were able to listen to lectures by special guests and world-class specialists in the field of plastic surgery. ISAPS Professor Alan Fogli gave the participants a lecture on the topic “Circular Facelift. Goals and the author's methodology for the operation.

Special guest from Turkey, ISAPS Professor Nuri Celik, presented a report on the topic "Surgical method of dealing with complications after upper blepharoplasty", and also read  lecture "Prevention of complications after lower blepharoplasty".

In the afternoon, ISAPS member, Belgian plastic surgeon Alex Verpaele gave a lecture "Microfatgrafting, nanofatgrafting, SNIF method (acute needle fat injection): 3 ways of lipofilling"

On the first day of the conference, participants also had the opportunity to watch a video demonstration of the facelift operation by Dr. Fogli, facelift by Dr. Verpaele, and a video presentation by Dr. Selick "Upper blepharoplasty with brow ridge fixation" .

The program of the first day of the ISAPS congress also included a round table on the topic "Safety and complications of plastic surgery", where all participants could discuss the topical  problems of modern plastic surgery.
