Today, hyperpigmentation is still one of the most difficult and common problems in the field of aesthetic medicine. The release of PRX-T®33 has changed modern approaches and knowledge to the treatment of this problem, and facilitated the work with this aesthetic defect.
Find out in the article on estet-portal.com all about the use of PRX-T®33 in cosmetology, the benefits of this technique from a doctor of medical sciences, a surgeon, a plastic surgeon, a specialist in Aesthetic Medicine, Prof. Francesco Paolo Alberico.

Mechanism of action of PRX-T®33 on hyperpigmentation
P.A.: There are two mechanisms by which PRX-T®33 drug works on hyperpigmentation. The first mechanism is associated with the action of low concentration hydrogen peroxide. The second mechanism is that PRX-T®33 contains 5% kojic acid.

The combination of these components in the preparation provides us with a brightening effect, but this combination does not cause complete depigmentation. Therefore, regarding tanned and swarthy girls, with the help of this procedure, they will not become white.

PRX-T drug exposure level®33
P.A.: The drug exerts its effect on the superficial layer of the dermis. The direct effect of PRX-T®33 at the cellular level occurs through stimulation of the system that resists oxidative stress. Thus, the fight against hyperpigmentation is carried out locally, through the stimulation of certain metabolic processes, without affecting the systemic hormonal mechanisms that affect the formation of pigment. Additionally, low concentration hydrogen peroxide combined with 33% HCC has its own effect.
Also, this combination of components makes skin cell receptors more sensitive to fibroblast growth factor and endothelial vascular growth factors.
The combination of local brightening action, stimulation of skin cell renewal and their sensitivity to growth factors, allows you to fight existing hyperpigmentation and control pigment synthesis in new skin cells. It is the only product with such an effect that acts on hyperpigmentation through chemical processes, as opposed to laser or similar procedures. The innovation and uniqueness of PRX-T®33 (officially presented by Ukrainian Aesthetics) is that all the above mentioned effects are achieved without the risk of adverse reactions. This is due to the fact that if pure 33% HCC were used in cosmetology, it would be impossible to avoid " frost effect». In this case, the "frost effect" would mean the deproteinization of the protein contained in the skin.
Indications and contraindications for the use of PRX-T®33
P.A.: In general, contraindications to the use of PRX-T®33 are autoimmune diseases, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, oncological diseases, pregnancy, allergic manifestations after peeling in anamnesis, vascular diseases.
Possibilities of cryolipolysis in the fight against local fat deposits
Indications for the use of PRX-T®33 are photo- and chronoaging, as well as other skin defects such as post-acne, advanced pores. The use of PRX-T®33 to combat hyperpigmentation in the upper eyelid area requires a special approach, as this is a very delicate area. Also indications for the use of PRX-T®33 are sagging skin in the neck, chest and abdomen, stretch marks.
Combined techniques to combat hyperpigmentation
PA: I use many techniques in my practice to combat hyperpigmentation, but their implementation requires some experience, and these combined techniques are not yet recommended in the protocols. Of the proven methods, the best results of PRX-T®33 action against hyperpigmentation appear with the simultaneous use of mechanostimulation (massage, apparatus methods such as LPG, microneedling, oxygen mesotherapy, LED therapy, red and infrared radiation, fractional non-ablative laser).
Basic rules for preparing the skin for a medium peel
The use of PRX-T®33 together with RF-lifting shows a very impressive result, where not only a brightening effect is manifested, but also a rejuvenating one due to stimulation of fibroblasts and increase in the sensitivity of receptors. But it is important to remember that this is a fairly powerful procedure and it is recommended to do it no more than 1 time in 28 days. In between, only PRX-T®33.

This is the uniqueness of the product: PRX-T33, unlike other products used for hyperpigmentation, acts on the skin without causing an inflammatory reaction.
Possibilities of using PRX-T®33 after surgery
P.A.:Today, PRX-T®33 can be used to control the scarring process, either alone or in combination with a laser. The use of a laser, as well as radio frequencies, leads to stimulation of the dermis, which is associated with thermal processes in skin cells and can activate heat shock proteins. In turn, PRX-T®33 leads to the renewal of the surface layer of the dermis, and stimulates the extracellular matrix, but due to a chemical effect, not a physical one. The therapeutic choice and modality of therapeutic application of PRX-T
®33 depends primarily on the problem that the patient has addressed. In case the patient's skin does not have serious cosmetic problems, prophylactic application of PRX-T®33 is possible with a frequency of 1 time per 15 days. When the desired result is achieved, the doctor or patient can cancel the procedures in the future. If we are talking about aging skin or with an exacerbation of hyperpigmentation, the use of PRX-T®
