Everyone knows that to keep the body in the right shape it is necessary to go to the gym. However, not everyone knows that the same principle should be followed to preserve the youthfulness of the face. Famous actors and politicians have already chosen facial gymnastics as a means of rejuvenation, which helps prevent sagging skin and minimize the appearance of wrinkles.
Such gymnastics has no contraindications, and its implementation (recommended from 30 years old) takes only a few minutes. We suggest you learn five simple exercises that will help prevent the rapid formation of wrinkles and restore the elasticity of the upper face.

Decision. Exercise number 5. Holding a small ball with your chin, press it on the corners of your mouth so as to feel the tension of the muscles of the chin and neck for 5 seconds. To relax. Repeat 10 times.
