We were taught from childhood to bring what we started to the end, and we are justifiably proud of it. But not every school friendship turns out to be strong, and not every romance ends in a happy marriage. Alas, unwillingness to deviate from the prescribed rules can become a serious obstacle to a happy life. And the point is not at all in the notorious habit or fear of change, but in that word given to oneself (and others) that is not & nbsp; allows you to stop at the beginning of the path. It is worth reconsidering your beliefs and, thus, take the road to a happy life.  

The law of a happy life: success comes with difficulties

Friendship. We are proud to have been in a relationship with a friend since childhood: we played in the sandbox together, went to the same school together, and even ran to dances together. However, apart from nostalgic memories, nothing else binds you, but you continue to persistently cling to this relationship. The reason for this — lack of true friends in your life.

  • Don't waste time making friends if you're not interested in being around this person.
  • Remember the ease with which you changed friends at school. Do not be afraid of the appearance of new acquaintances in your life who can greatly decorate it.

Love. If you enjoy simple things — a joint walk in the park or shopping — your novel has a future. But, if any of your actions causes opposition from your partner, you should think about what keeps you near him.

  • Divide a sheet of paper in half and write out the pros and cons of the gap.
  • If the resulting list suggests that being with a nearby partner is just a compromise, — quit without hesitation and rush towards a happy life.

Work. Psychologists "comfort zone" call a comfortable lifestyle that many unconsciously choose for themselves. It turns out a certain digestible surrogate: a person devotes himself to work that he does not like, but considers quite suitable; small salary — because he is sure that he does not dare to count on more; and a boorish boss, as he is convinced that he will not meet others on his way.

  • Success comes with challenges. As soon as you feel that life is becoming monotonous and predictable, change it abruptly.
  • If you decide to quit, don't do it in the heat of the moment — think carefully about all the details.

Quit diet and medication if it doesn't work

Diet. You do not violate any item of the selected diet, but in response you feel dizzy, insomnia, irritability, and also — an uncontrollable desire for something to eat. Each of these signs indicates that the diet is not right for you. So don't blame yourself for lack of willpower and inability to be a little patient.

  • Consult a nutritionist to help you choose the best diet for you.
  • Join a fitness center: physical activity will bring positive emotions and help you gain a slender body.

Drugs. Even the mildest drugs that do not have side effects can cause individual intolerance. This may result in an increase in already existing symptoms or a worsening of the condition.

  • You should immediately stop taking the medication and consult with your doctor about prescribing analogues that do not cause such rejection of the body.
