They, of course, are useful for the body, but as a separate meal. And fruits eaten after a meal are mixed in the stomach with other products, why the first ones begin to ferment and turn sour. All this, of course, does not contribute to normal digestion. Therefore, if you want to enjoy the benefits and taste of fruits and berries, ideally they should be eaten an hour before the main meal or two hours after it.

4. Smoking

Many smokers prefer to end their meal by smoking a cigarette. But this should absolutely not be done. The fact is that doctors have already proven the following: one cigarette smoked immediately after eating is equivalent to 10 smoke breaks in terms of its harmful effects on the body. And if addiction to smoking is harmful, in principle, then a cigarette "for a snack" much more dangerous, because tobacco poison in this case is absorbed ten times faster than usual. This slows down the digestion process. Irritable Bowel Syndrome can result from smoking after eating. If you really want to smoke, do it after at least 30-40 minutes. after meal.

5. "No" water procedures

Also, immediately after eating, you can’t swim in warm water: it doesn’t matter whether it’s taking a shower or a bath.

During water procedures, blood flows to the surface of the body and limbs, and the digestive organs, accordingly, have to be content with a reduced "ration"; due to the outflow of blood at the very moment when the latter especially need an increased supply.
