You will need:

  • 2 medium potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal (amount depends on the size of the pan);
  • 1 tsp greenery;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt – to taste.


1. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and place in boiling water.
2. Boil the potatoes over medium heat, and in the meantime, grate the carrots on a medium grater, add it to the soup and mix.
3. When potatoes are almost ready, add oatmeal, beaten eggs, salt and mix.
4. The soup should be boiled over low heat for 5-6 minutes, add herbs and sour cream before serving.

Recipe #2. Provençal chicken breast with cauliflower puree

You will need:

  • 2 chicken breasts on a frame;
  • ½ loaf;
  • 250 g butter;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 4 sprigs of thyme;
  • cauliflower forks;
  • 2 Art. l. olive oil;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.


1. Wash chicken breasts. Take the butter out of the fridge ahead of time. Wash greens and cauliflower;
2. Cut off the thick parsley stalks, separate the thyme leaves from the stems. Beat greens in a blender;
3. Mix soft butter with herbs, salt and pepper;
4. Cut the roll into small cubes or put the loaf in the refrigerator for half an hour first, and then grate it and mix it with green butter;
5. It is necessary to carefully separate the skin from the breast and fill the resulting pocket with stuffing;
6. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper and put the breasts on it, lightly salt and pepper them;
7. Bake the breasts in the oven, heated to 170-180 ̊С for 40-60 minutes;
8. Roughly chop the cauliflower and place in a saucepan. Pour water up to half the volume of the cabbage and simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes, salt to taste. Punch until the consistency of puree with a blender;
9. Remove the finished breasts from the oven, cut in half along the middle cartilage, remove from the bones and put on a plate (half of the breast - 1 serving). Using a tablespoon, shape the puree into balls and place next to the breast.

Recipe #3. Honey panna cotta with blueberries

You will need:

For panna cotta:

  • 200 g cream (35-38%);
  • 30 g brown sugar;
  • 5 g powdered gelatin;
  • 3 tsp honey.

For berry jelly:

  • 60 g blueberries ;
  • 15 g white sugar;
  • 2 h powdered gelatin;
  • 2 tsp mint syrup.

1. Soak gelatin in 10 g of water;
2. Mix cream with sugar and heat (do not boil);
3. Pour swollen gelatin into hot cream and stir, add honey;
4. Pour the creamy mixture into molds, when cool, put in the refrigerator for 30;
5. Soak gelatin for jelly, mix blueberry puree with sugar;
6. Heat puree, add gelatin and stir. Pour in the syrup and cool slightly so that the jelly does not melt the creamy mixture;
7. Put the jelly on the panna cotta and chill in the refrigerator for another half an hour.
